Close to restaurants and right off the highway. Clean and safe. Perfect for travelers.

The carpets looked dirty, the black out curtains had something smeared on it and the pillows were half sized, like couch cushions. The breakfast was an offering of stale cereal and waffles. Shower water pressure was a joke. Felt like it trickled out. Elevator was out and didn’t know until I got my disabled mother out of the car.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was nice as well

Close to interstate but quiet. Good place to stay when traveling with a dog. Several fast food restaurants close by.

I liked the ease of driving in and out of it. You can even drive around it. Some places you cannot do that, but it does make it easy to be able to drive completely around it.

We took one look at the room and left. The man at the front desk was apologetic and offered us another room but we said no thank you. The lobby and hallways were dirty, so I doubt they had anything nicer. Unfortunately the could not give us a refund for the room.

Room 107 has bed bugs. I usually pull the sheets back and I didn’t see anything but the 4 consecutive bite marks on my neck and two on my arm prove otherwise.

Under construction, elevator was out but some of the staff was helpful and attentive.

Mattress was extremely worn out/sagging. Trash can outside of rear door to hotel was overflowing - looked like it hadn't been emptied in weeks. Trash on ground all around trashcan. Although not directly the fault of the hotel, a nearby guest's dog was barking for about 30 minutes at 6:30 in the morning. Staff attempted to unsuccessfully wake the owner. parts of property were extremely run-down. There was a car with four flat tires in the parking lot that looked like it hadn't moved in years. Also, be forewarned, there are very few restaurants within a reasonable distance of this hotel, so plan accordingly.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with recommending places to eat and things to do and providing directions to these places.

This hotel is in a good location if you want to take advantage of both Beaufort and Hilton Head and aren't picky about where you stay or are just passing through. It is close to the interstate. We were on the 1st floor. Linens and bedcoverings serviceable , but noticeably worn as best describes this hotel in general. No vending machines. Staff was friendly. Morning coffee fine. Recommend replacement of bath/shower combo.

I was not very pleased with this hotel. The housekeeping definitely needs improvement. We found a dirty towel hanging on the shower rod after settling in. The sheets did not fit the bed. The towels were dingy. The breakfast offered was ok. The staff was friendly. I did find value in the price, but had hoped that it would be a better place to stay.

Stayed here for the Beaufort County Land Trust's Auldbrass Plantation tour which occurs once every two years. Location was extremely convenient to the Plantation and also the Saturday night lecture which occurred in Beaufort. Would have liked WiFi or an Internet enabled computer for guests to check airline flights, print boarding passes and retrieve emails. But lack of one was not a deal breaker. Great price, location and very clean and comfortable. Not as quaint as a B&B but very nice for the price.
