Such a wonderful place to stay. Super friendly wait and bar staff. Wonderful guests from all around the world. The front desk staff was great with local information, tours and transportation. I will be back. Can’t wait!
you have to walk a half mile from the street to get to the hotel with your suitcase. There is no elevator or escalator. If you are on the fourth floor, you have to walk up. When I was leaving the hotel, I did not give you any assistance to get to the street half mile away. If you call the phone to the hotel, nobody answers.
Nice hotel and I enjoyed the stay. Great staff and excellent service by everyone The only negative I can mention was the island hopping excursion I book through the hotel. Not a good activity, but the sunset cruise was good. Thanks to all at the Red Coconut

Location is really convenient. Friendly staff. WIFI not so realiable so do buy a data plan from local carrier. Good bar with excellent singers. We had to leave 4 am to catch our flight and their transfer arrangements were excellent. You should definitely use the hotel transfer services as the charges are competitive. They even packed breakfast boxes for our early trip. Highly recommended.

The hotel is centrally located in station 2 of the white beach. The beach is literally footsteps away. You can walk outside and find a dozen things to do/entertainment right outside of the hotel. The room as clean and a good value for the price. The only major turn off was the NON-STOP loud music from the clubs next door. Literally no sleep until 4am which was annoying. DO NOT get the pool view if you want sleep at night. The pool isn't very nice anyways.

Awesome!!!!! wonderful staff, ALWAYS accommodating. They knew that my 2 kids (ages 3 and 5) loved mango drinks and slice mangos, so every morning it was ready for them at the breakfast table. Great location!!!! in the middle of EVERYTHING! not too crowded like being at Station 3.

The location was great. Right in the heart of Boracay, very close to D'Mall. The only negative thing I could say is that the bed was a bit hard for my liking otherwise everything else was great. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again! They even gave us breakfast to take away since we had to check out early.
This is one of the best hotels on the island - a frequent for celebrities and the rich. The hotel's location is unbeatable - literally 10 steps from the beach. The front of the hotel has an array of beach beds perfect for lounging. Beach towels are available and free complimentary drink vouchers are given upon check in. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant, with an option to dine by the beach for dinner. There's a grill option menu wherein you can pick out the freshest seafoods and have it grilled for lunch or dinner. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and they are very attentive to the needs of their customers. The rooms are spacious, clean and sleek. From my own experience, we were upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel, for free - with a balcony and the most beautiful view of the turquoise waters and white sand. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone I know and I will definitely keep coming back to this hotel every time I come back to Boracay!
