Very very nice hotel
Everything was clean and nice, our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was the perfect place to be on a hot afternoon and we were greeted warmly at check in. However, we did have to ask three times for a roll away despite seeing no other guests in need of help (if it had been busy I would have understood more). We asked at 4 when we checked in, at 6 when we went to dinner and at 8:30 when we basically begged to be able to at least go get one ourselves or something so we could put our kids to bed.

We were traveling from out of state & arrived in the wee hours of the morning (1 AM) there was no problem with check in at all. Staff was pleasant, very nice breakfast in the morning. Room was nice & clean. Just far enough from the highway to not be super noisy. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was excellent except the parking. A lot if vehicle’s had trailers that took up 6 spots at a time at night time. Why could they not park off the road by the hotel.? We luckily got a spot to park after a long day of traveling but saw no sense in 3 vehicles taking up 6 spots a piece

Location was convenient to family we were visiting. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, good variety. The only drawback is that the hot water for tea tasted like coffee. For a tea drinker that is the ultimate sin. Either the staff fills the carafe by running the water thru the coffee maker or they have used the "hot water" carafe for coffee in the past.
The room was fine as most Hamptons are. No disappointments.
