Mobile key and pool not working. Room And fridge were warm. Room and location were fine.

It was very quiet despite a lot of people staying there.

Clean, good access off hwy, nice staff The beds were some of the best I have slept on traveling. Nice cotton bedding !

Incredibly small room for the price—we were given a handicap room (neither of us is handicapped) and we couldn’t figure out how anyone would get a wheelchair into the room and maneuver around the room or bathroom.

AWESOME overall experience, especially staff and customer service. We booked specifically because of indoor pool, which was closed due to maintenance, but because of staff and overall experience, kids did not even complain about not being able to swim, and enjoyed stay immensely! Thank you so much!

Rooms were clean. Staff was professional. Nice place to stay and check out Yakima.

Hotel looked newly constructed and has beautiful carpeting and modern décor. My room 233 had one wall painted in dark turquoise that was pleasing to look at. King bed and pillows very comfortable.

Stopped here for out last night in a cross country drive. Let us check in a little early. Nice pool and hot tub. Great restaurant in the parking lot.

The hotel is a minute off the freeway, you can easily see it and get to it even if you didn't have an address. The parking lot was very clean and well lit. No fear of shadows or bad guys in this parking lot. We stayed for one night on our way to Zillah for wine tasting, just the wife and I. We arrived later in the night, 9:15PM. The woman at the front desk was smiling and very kind. She didn't talk too much, she must have been able to tell we were ready to go to our room and go to bed. She did provide some helpful tips on local traffic and places we may want to stop in the morning. The room itself was very, very clean. The bed was made perfectly, no wrinkles on the bed spread. The towels were folded neatly, and smelled fresh while being soft. The bathroom smelled fresh and clean. The bed was average, just what to expect at a Fairfield. Breakfast was nice. Well stocked food, smiling and friendly faces to welcome us to the new day. We will definitely stay here again on our trip to the Zillah area.

This hotel did not have a vibrating alarm clock per ADA requirements even in their hearing accessible rooms. I had to hope that I would wake up on time for my business the next day and hence did not sleep much. The freezer in the room did not freeze and melted the snacks I brought in, so I couldn't enjoy them.

I enjoyed my two day stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a quick trip to stay in Yakima. This place has great room service and fantastic breakfast.

Nice clean room with a good breakfast in the morning. Close to the freeway and down town but no noise. I would go back.

Real nice place with friendly helpful staff. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Flowers were delivered on time and awaiting me as we arrived. We visited in August so weather was hot and air conditioner was necessary. The noise from it was a little annoying but needed and it was difficult to find a comfortable temp (too hot or too cold). Over all a very nice stay.

Great hotel - nice rooms, easy access to the freeway (we spent our time down in the Rattlesnake Hills visiting wineries). The continental breakfast is a serious score - hot sandwiches, waffle maker, oatmeal, etc. Pool isn't huge but is nice. Walls are a bit thin, but it's bearable.

Great breakfasts convient next to Target and a restraunt

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We checked in on Thanksgiving Day, so there weren't many other folks around. The room was nice, though nothing fancy. Everything was clean and neat. The bathroom was nice and the shower/showerhead were both great - the shower curtain didn't "molest" us, as I've experienced in some hotels. The bed was a touch hard for our tastes, but not too bad. We used the "extra" blanket, but we could have used another. The HVAC was quite noisy, so we didn't set it very high. The pool and hot tub were typical - small but fine. The breakfast (included with the room) was better than most, and included waffles, packaged breakfast sandwiches (Jimmy Dean Sausage & Egg Biscuits and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits), real oatmeal (not just instant), cereal, assorted pastries and breads, yogurt, etc. Cost was slightly cheaper (though not significantly) than comparable rooms in the area, from what we could tell. A decent place to stay in Yakima.
