Urine soaked mattress, black and brown stains on sheets and towels in 2 different rooms. they dont turn on the ac so it was over 100 degrees in the room when we checked in and 2 hours later the room had not cooled down at all really. burn holes in drapes, mattress and pillows. pillows have no protective cover and are yellow stained. electric coming out of the floor and going into the walls, holes in the walls. They have a written piece of paper that says no refunds and when I said enough we need a refund and to leave she laughed in my face then called the police when I tired to call Orbitz, stating I was trespassing in the office. I reported them and will continue the fight to get this place shut down . DO NOT STAY HERE!
We didn't even make it an hour before we packed back up and left. This is clearly one of the most dangerous areas of Yakima. And clearly an unsafe place for anyone. The property itself has rude signsin the office. We get to our room only to be greeted with a horrible stench. Ants crawling on the furniture. Missing smoke alarm. Nasty, sticky floors. Broken toilets. Dusty bathroom fans. Dirty linens and towels. Stuff growing on the ceiling. I moved the end table only to be greeted with what looked like 10 years worth of dust and garbage. Open drug use just watching from my window. Smoking area directly in the middle of the complex, not to mention the bed linens had so many holes you could see the sheets through them from burn marks. Absolutely the most disgusting place I've ever been and incredibly unsafe for those who choose this hotel. I can almost guarantee my suburban would not have been there in the morning had we stayed. The front desk woman asked why we were leaving, but I didn't even care at that point! If she couldn't see it, then I definitely couldn't explain it! The only thing that will make this hotel any better is a bulldozer!
remote did not work with tv. bathroom exhaust fan did not work. staff was helpful and the room was clean.

I didn’t like how it said no refunds everywhere. Made me nervous. No cups in rooms. Tons of bugs everywhere. Shower head water trickled out. Remote to tv not work. Microwave dirty. Holes in the walls. Not very impressed
It was a bit chaotic when checking in. The staff was seemingly helping multiple people while still trying to check me in. I couldn’t really ask any questions and nobody explained about breakfast (I’m supposed to receive based on advertisement) or any amenities since they were trying to find rooms for other people.
For the price this was a pretty decent room. The owner kept following us around the parking lot which was frustrating but when rooms are this inexpensive you have to assume a rougher element of people are staying there. In a pinch i would stay here again

Great location. Old building with worn out carpet, curtains, blankets, bathrooms. Very dirty bathroom with debris in tub, filthy not cleaned toilet and barely a quarter roll of toilet paper. Room reeked of super overspraying of bed, pillows, everything with fabreeze to hide cigarette smoke. And this is a non smoking hotel. Even had burn hole in curtains! Stay away.
the room was okay didn't get out much, was only there to sleep and travel on to Kent washington
