The light switches are almost worn out--lights flicker or don't come on. Carpet ancient--threadbare and not really clean. Electrical outlets need to be more accessible for devices. Wake-up call came 35 min. late. Staff was courteous and helpful. Old motel that needs work.

I liked that the bed was not hard and I loved the shower head. Lots of hot water. Yes there was some room for improvements. But I was really comfortable

Well the have bed bugs. I get very sick i tell the manager but she dont care

For the most part, I was happy with the hotel, the location and the room looked clean. However, all the little bitty flies did not make me happy. I did not use the tub as there were at least 20 or more little tiny bugs in the tub. So I washed in the sink, got dressed and packed and out of there as soon as I could on Saturday morning. The desk clerk was pleasant and I was thankful for a first floor room. Let me say the bugs were NOT bed bugs, but little flies.

This was the worst. Room was in desperate need of repair. Dirty cigarette burns, dirty carpet, broken tile, grafitti on the door. This place should be torn down.

I read the reviews and I appreciate the experiences of others. I had low expectations going into this hotel and I my expectations were met. But for those who want to form their own expectations, I will give a brief description of the pros and cons. Cons: -Terrible location: It felt like my car might get vandalized -Rooms are old with outdated furniture. Not all wall outlets worked, the carpet had stains, the TV is not a flat screen, the air conditioner was a window unit that looked old. -Cleanliness: When I walked into the room, the be was not completely made. It started making me feel really weird about the room. -Cramped parking Pros: -Breakfast was dried cereal, English muffins, milk and orange juice- Not 5 star, but was a nice perk -AC worked -TV had basic channels -Pool was open and seemed to be well maintained -Staff seemed helpful -Low price of room -Maintena

I was just staying for a night and it was not that great of a place to stay at. Old hotel and rundown neighborhood.

not the nicest hotel but the employees were great. old furniture and towels. shady neighborhood. they do serve breakfast.

So far so good. was good for sleep, Tv to old, they need to chance carpet

This is a typical no thrills place. Good, easy, location to get too. Not the nicest neighborhood. Ppl coming and going at all hours of the night. They did offer lots of channels on tv and the ac / heater worked. I did have to ask for an ashtray/tv remote up front. The lady working was very accomidating. Basically , SSIA you want a nicer place pay more money!

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA EN ESTE HOTEL, EL CUARTO SENCILLISIMO, EL DESAYUNO?? PESIMO...LA CALIDAD DEL LUGAR: MALA. RESERVE DESDE MI CASA POR INTERNET Y NO RESPETARON LA RESERVACION... ME DIERON OTRO CUARTO Y QUERIAN COBRAR DE MAS... NO VOLVERE A RESERVAR EN ESTE HOTEL.

I reserved two nights online, but when I arrived, they didn't have me on record. The gal at the desk said she would fix that. First room given to me smelled horrible and was dirty everywhere, which includes garbage, mold and dirt in bed and on other surfaces. There was a spider in the sink, the toilet didn't even try to flush, there was mold on the shower curtain, the microwave seemed broken and the refrigerator smelled like death. The second room smelled fine and everything seemed to work okay, but the toilet was clogged. The customer service rep was very nice and helped me as best she could at the late hour. I did not trust the area, so I did take my suitcase and my valuables with me for the day. The next day I went to jury duty and came back to my room for lunch, and my cooler, shower items and food were gone. They did have my cooler in the office, but had thrown everything else out thinking I had checked out. They didn't have me down for 2 nights in all areas of their record. The gal at the desk at that point was very sorry, and even offered me her lunch. The second morning, the owner, who was also very nice and apologetic for the misunderstanding, reimbursed me for the food. He said the misunderstanding had happened because their computer system had been down. At 8am, the breakfast was english muffins and cheerios. I do not know what it had started out as.

We arrived a little early hopeing to get in, what a joke.We were told check in is at 3:00. We waited till then ,got in the room went in and the room stunk the carpets were stained really bad the bath tub had mold all over it the towels also stained the beding was stained and had wholes through out it. I went down to see if we could get a different room and I said the room was grose and the towels dirty, she says there probly just stained....Oh ok and thats supose to make it better...She says I don't have another room unless we wanted to upgrade.I said I don't think so...The breakfast was a joke..there really wasn't any and no coffee .THIS PLACE IS A S&;T WHOLE THEY WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN......PS this place also had pan handlers...If your lookin for a dive of all dives you've found it....

Inexpensive hotel in decent condition. Had refrigerator and microwave but no coffee maker in the room, but not an issue. This place requires a "damage" deposit of $30 which is refunded. Never seen that before, make me wonder how bad the clientele might be.

I am a none smoker and they put me into a smoker room. When I asked to be swich into a none smoker they want me to pay more money what I refused to do so. And then they asked for a $ 30 deposit and when last nigth I want to make sure that I will have my money back on time because my fly was at 6 am and have to leave the hotel around 4:30 am I was told that I may not be able to receive my money back until 8am .

when i booked this hotel i did not read the 11 reviews until i had already booked it. All 11 reviews were bad--pay no attention! the staff was very pleasant, they went out of their way to find me a working ice machine AND I had all my teeth removed and got dentures (reason for trip) and when I got back I started bleeding badly. I could not talk. I wrote a note and gave it to the desk clerk. She called the dentist for me to find out that everything was okay. I stood there with bloody gauze in my mouth and she acted like nothing was happening---very, very nice. One of the 11 reviews said no restaurants!! MAN there was subway, artic circle, wendy's oriental restaurant, red lobster, and an AM/PM right on the same corner with the motel. There was also gas right there. The room was clean and all guest were quiet by 11pm. There was a stain or two, but you could see the stain had been cleaned and worked on. the only part i did not like was the train coming through with the whistle at 6 am--but that is not the fault of the motel. I have to go back in April and plan to stay again. We were given a $56 room for the [...] discount (39.95).

This was definitely the worst hotel experience in my life. I requested a non-smoking room but I got a smoking room with an ashtray on the nightstand and ashes in it. It was stinky and disgusting. I wanted to change the room but I was told that they didn't have a non-smoking room with one bed. I would be OK with a non-smoking room with 2 beds but they wanted me to charge 34 dollars more. I was still fine with that but the front desk agent didn't know how to charge the difference. [...]. Shortly, I had to stay in a disgusting and stinky room and I checked out very early in the morning to end the nightmare. NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!

The hotel was quiet but the carpets were filthy and condom wrappers left behind nightstand where I plugged in my phone. The FREE continental breakfast was all of english muffins, cereal and juice. Very poor choices compared to picture of website. I will never stay in this hotel nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. I will surely let people know just how my stay was. [...] really should take this hotel off their list of choices. I am now afraid to book with[...]

Blood splatters on one wall, stains on sheets, towel, carpet, toilet stained.

We went to Yakima to enjoy the wineries in the area. All we were looking for was a reasonably priced clean motel. Upon arrival and noting that the hotel barely had a sign, but did have an advertisement for weekly rates it was already clear that this was not the best location. Our room was tiny and dirty and when we requested some type of modification to fix this we were told it was going to be an additional $40 a night to change rooms. As our reservation was nonrefundable we decided to just stick it out in our room and be there as little as possible. The hotel was clearly "sketchy" with various interesting types coming and going. Our doorframe was broken so that the actual lock on our door was less than secure. Our bed had a giant stain on it. Pretty much the only thing the place had going for it is that it did not have any bugs. We stayed away as much as possible and packed all of our belonging back in our car each day since the door didn't really lock. The motel is obviously the best of its type in this location, however that is not saying much. Don't stay here unless you are looking for a scary roadside motel experience.
