Breakfast buffet needs fresh fruit for the cereal and hot sauce for the eggs.

The pool was a nice feature, but over chlorinated. The ice maker was broken and nothing was really that nice. Breakfast is cold cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, and toast. The Internet was very crappy. Front desk people gave off the vibe of really wishing they worked somewhere else. I even watched one girl rolling her eyes while on the phone with a potential guest. We didn't mind our stay, but really nothing to write home about.

It was nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Have stayed at multiple Super8s. This hotel was holey and threadbaren. Shabby furnishing. Missing 3 light bulbs. In controllable air conditioning. Very disappointing

The hotel location was ideal and convenient to shopping and dining facilities. Customer service was great! However, the noise late into the evening was terrible. There were groups of kids running up and down the halls as well as outside yelling and screaming. Probably kids visiting who were participating in sporting events, no coaches or parents visible to provide any type of supervision. Not sure why hotel staff did not intervene.

We arrive to find a big line to check in with only one person at the counter. I overlooked this because we checked in at a busy time at 3 o'clock. When I got to my room I noticed they had no batteries in remote or lightbulbs in my lamps. This was not the hotels fault (cheap person before me) but didn't get one until the next morning when maintenance came back. There were also no towels ready at the pool after the kids swam at 9 am. Overall the room was nice and clean but understaffed for a busy basketball weekend.

My car broke down and. This was a convient place to book a room. When I checked in the receptionist was very well spoken, and was great as customer service.

Room was quiet, comfortable and had easy access for us "older" visitors and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating from the minute we arrived.

Not enough parking. Rugs/Blankets/TV all seemed to be old (outdated). It was clean though, no bugs, believe me I checked. Otherwise the air conditioning was good, and it was nice & quiet.

I was here for one week by myself to clear my head and this hotel was just the thing I needed. The staff was very helpful and I love my room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would stay here again. However The free breakfast could be alitte bit better.

Right by highway entrance, extremely rough scratchy blankets, no hot water last day and continental breakfast over way too early, nasty pool

We had fleas in our room. You could hear and feel the people above you walking. The carpets were filthy. The beds were not professionally made, it seemed as if they just pulled the comforter over the blanket and sheets. When we asked for towels and an iron, we had to go to the front desk and pick them up. Breakfast was skimpy and horrible. I will never stay at these hotels again.

The hotel is not bad, the room and bathroom were clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast could be better. I was 3 nights and i slept very well, i didnt have high expectations because the price was not too expensive but it was good for me.

It's all good.

I reserved the room for my wife and specficially asked for non-smoking. "It reeked of smoke and was dirty" were the first words out of my wife's mouth upon her return. The second set of words were "Don't ever make a reservation at that place again.".

A great location and the bed was comfortable for a hotel but the place looks like it needs to be updated. The heater also didn't work but we were on the top floor so it stayed pretty warm. Lots of shopping near by and many restaurants to choose from.
