The staff here is very helpful and your safety is there number one priority here.

I had stayed at this Hotel a few years ago for my son's wedding, and was very satisfied. This time I was more pleased, with the staff, and the overall condition of the grounds and facilities including the rooms. Had a good night's sleep on a very comfortable bed.

We have stayed several times in this hotel when visiting my son's family and had a great experience. It is a good location, has king beds, a nice breakfast buffet. But we went for one night of the Memorial Day weekend, and found a totally different experience. It seems there were several sport tournaments going on in Yakima. We checked in about 3 pm and there was quite a line to check in. When we went to our room on the main floor of the Corporate Wing, we went out to look at the pool, but it was overrun with kids playing on the lawn by the pool and many small children in the pool. It was busy, but no problem. We came back after time with the family about 9:30 pm. Then it was a problem! There were baseball players about aged 11-13 racing around back and forth in front of our sliding door and yelling. No way we could sleep. I tried talking to them and asking them not to play there, but it continued. I tried calling the front desk for help, but no answer. Finally, at 10:30, I was ready to walk to the front desk, but decided to try to call again. I got an answer that time and told them of the trouble. She said she would send someone to stop it. After another 15 minutes it finally settled down. I will stay here again, but not on a busy holiday weekend.

We expected a king size bed, room was a little cold, room was clean.

It's a great place to stay when we visit family. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and letting the kids swim.

Location was near care facility. All was good except for the woman who nakedly displayed herself to all in the garden area. Staff seemed unconcerned as though it happened a lot. Won't be going back.

The hotel was OK. Staff was good. Location is good. The rooms were all the way to the back of the hotel, parking was a bit crowded due to other guests not parking properly. Although close to the street it was not noisy. One of the AC's had a leak so the carpet near it was always wet, lucky for us it was not in our path. The tub seems worn and could use a new finish.

It is a great place to stay close to my job, the fridge did not seem to work right and the ice machine was not working but other then that a nice place to stay

We were very happy with this hotel. Rooms were very comfortable. Beds were great. Hotel staff was wonderful.

A bit out dated. Seen other newer and better red lion hotels. Sqeaky floors and doors. Staff is friendly

Loved the motel. Will stay at again. Very nice staff.

Hotel was super clean! Staff super friendly! Location great!

The hotel front desk is very friendly. But the WIFI is slower than average. Please have it checked out.

Red Lion hotels are generally great, this one is just as good as the others I stayed in. Generous room size, check out at 12 (not 11, like in many 3-star budget hotels these days), and very helpful staff. When I was arriving, being unfamiliar with the city, I had to use Google maps to find the hotel, and it pointed me to an address a few blocks away from the real location. I called the hotel and receptionist was willing and happy to spend 5 minutes on the phone with me as I was trying to figure out where I am and which way I need to be going.

easy access and competitive price are the best attributes to this Red Lion

The room was very nice and clean, the lounge was nice as well. Also was able to get a room with a sliding door because i smoke. I was very pleased with my over all stay and will be staying again really soon.

The Hotel is older but well kept. The layout is a little odd. The pillows were uncomfortable to me but I am a little pillow picky. The staff was great. The room was clean. Check in and check out was very easy and I had no concerns or complaints. Location was good. Lots around the Hotel. Overall a good experience.

It's okay. Red Lion is a brand that clearly serves the middle class. Several steps up above a Motel 6 or Super 8, below Hilton, Merriot, Hyatt and similar brands. Having said that, Red Lion is a local chain headquartered in Spokane. I am a fan of supporting local based corporations including this one.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the convention center and near freeway. Room was clean and staff was great. The only improvement that they can make is to have more parking spaces as there are some rooms where finding parking spots can be a challenge.

Every thing was great for an overnight stop. We only needed a place for the night and it was excelent for that purpose.
