Check in was very slow. The desk people acted like they did not know what they were doing.

We stayed 2 nights. On the whole the hotel was comfortable. The bed was nice and the room was spacious. Wifi was provided although slow at times. The breakfast had lots of nice options but the hard boiled eggs tasted terrible. The window had blackout curtains but not something more sheer to let in light so we had to choose between privacy and light. The indoor pool was large and comfortable temperature but there was no toilet or shower at the pool and the water was a little cloudy. Having a flat screen TV (but not high def) , microwave and fridge was nice. When the maid neglected to provide new coffee cups for the room the front desk was prompt and helpful.

Horrible experience traveling for business. Do not stay in this hotel.

hotel need up dated popcorn ceiling was partially removed

Was greeted by the staff upon opening the door to the lobby, new hire was very pleasant and eager to help while being trained at the front desk, the entrance to the hall I was staying in required to drive around the back of the building, hallways were dated, atrium had overgrown grass and planter boxes appeared to not have been maintained since last summer, room was clean, sheet rock was missing in the corner of the ceiling above the shower (#147), refrigerator was basically a cabinet as the power did not work or keep any thing cold and I found this to be room temperature. parked my vehicle by the window as I was not sure if there was going to be good lighting on the back of the building and felt a little odd.

It is obvious the hotel is poorly maintained. Didn't appear the walkway at entrance has been cleaned as fall leaves were rotting in water. The room was dated and did not look as it it was really cleaned; just restocked with towels and shampoo. I left within 30 minutes; would not stay the night.

We chose this hotel because of its location and easy of getting to off the highway. It turned out to be very good and breakfast was fine. We would recommend it for travelers needing an easy overnight at a good price.

My stay was great! All the staff members were very helpful from the house keepers to the front desk people as well as the management. I would deffenitly stay there again it was a home away from home

The restaurant is gross! Needs to be remodeled. xxx

Arrived at 2pm and told to come back at 3. Came back at 3 and waited 20 more minutes. Lobby was hot, plumbing kept us awake all night and the bar food isn't good. There are multiple unsecured entrances and the pool area is like a sauna. The room was fine. Decent bed, working AC, good shower, small pillows. Can't recommend

Enjoyed a pleasant stay; clean and quiet. Hotel is outdated and a little shabby and lacks a lot of amenities. For the area, however, I would recommend to others.
