The hotel is conveniently located to other local amenities, including shopping and restaurants, but is ultimately located in an unattractive and unappealing location unless you are visiting strictly on business and don't care for this aspect. The lobby of the hotel unrealistically elevates your expectations of the quality of the rooms, which although functional, are dated, run-down and in need of revitalization. We stayed at the hotel on a Saturday evening and Sunday morning. The breakfast hours on Sunday morning were 6am-9am. While this is appropriate for a weekday morning, a 7am-10am time period would be more appropriate for a Sunday. The breakfast quality was acceptable at best. Finally, we inquired about access to the swimming pool area, which was still locked after opening time (10am) but were told that maintenance had the key and the member of staff did nothing more to provide access or further information about how or when we could gain access. While this hotel is not expensive, it still provided little value for money.

I booked a few days in advance. I booked a king room with a pet. There were no restrictions listed on the website. I received 2 email reminders and 1 text reminder of the upcoming stay. Upon arriving I was checked in and given a room key. When I opened the door it was two small beds. I went to the counter to change to the room I reserved and paid $100 for with pet fee. I was told they have kings available but no pets. When I explained that was not on the listing she said they were sold out and she couldn't do anything. Which was it??? I felt entitled to an explanation. I was simply told if I did not like it I was welcome to check out. That was not satisfactory. The rest of the conversation I was told I was welcome to check out to every question I asked. My question was if they had that rule, why was it not on the website like other hotels do or why could I have not been notified in one of the reminders so if I wanted I could make other plans. All I got is if you are not happy you may check out. Not acceptable. I had no choice but to take that room. I will admit the room was ok and seemed to be clean. The room I was given was among a bunch of work trucks and a couple doors down some guy sitting on the sidewalk in his underwear barbecuing something that smelled horrible. After getting my stuff in the room I walked the property to take my dog to the bathroom. We walked the complete property and there is no grass, bare ground or anything. Not pet friendly. I ended up going across the street to Super 8 motel and they were nice enough to let me use their lawn. At 4:30 the next morning I was awakened to doors slamming as the workers left. I would keep looking if you are looking for a good motel. Actually the Super 8 across the street seemed nice, had a better clientele and were very nice and accommodating. In my view this motel at $100 was not acceptable. I have had better stays at motel 6 and at least they don't hide the problems until after you hand them the money. Bad business practice. I won't stay here again.

Chair was not cleaned for desk, had sticky residue on it and crumbs were scattered ontop. Such a poor cleaning job to catch the obvious (they probably didn't even clean it from the last guest) is frusterating and reflects on the management of the hotel. The freezer doesn't work- left an icepack in there overnight and it was still liquid in the morning. Shower had dark spots in corners and the AC unit was terriblely loud. Dissapointed.

After making a reservation at this hotel at 6 pm and receiving an email confirmation (29319221) we arrived at 11 pm to be told that due to cleaning staff shortage there was not a clean room available for us!! After attempts to remedy the situation the woman at reception said she called another hotel and that they had reserved a room for us there. We scrambled to get to the next place to find out there were only 2 rooms left and that they had NOT received a call from Quality Inn for a room for us (in hindsight we are sure they did this to get us to leave their lobby!) I will NEVER reserve, stay or recommend this chain of hotels ever again. They had a contract with us for a hotel room and just didn't care! If it was dirty rooms they should have cleaned them. There were 2 people on the desk.

We booked this too Off of a booking website and the photos were obviously taken several years ago. It was pretty worn out and banged up. We even found a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door! The bed covers consisted of a sheet and a heavy sheet basically. It's conveniently located right off the exit but it's also right behind a gas station where some interesting people were hanging out. On an up side the front desk attendant was very friendly. We would not stay there again.

Nice clean room with pool and breakfast. Stay here all the time they were totally booked so we had to take a smaller bed than we wanted but besides that everything was great as always couldn't ask for better customer service

This place is feeling its age, but it is still neat, clean, comfortable, and well air conditioned. The included hot breakfast is pretty good; standard sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits, and gravy. The staff was pleasant and helpful at check-in. There were a USA Today and a local paper available. Couple the comfort and cleanliness with a good price and I'd stay there again.

They have friendly staff, spacious rooms & a good breakfast. The first night we had a light flickering all night, they were out of extra blankets, the tv wouldn't get all the channels , & we had to unload the car& park away from the room. They did fix the light & TV the next morning & get us another blanket also. The bathroom had a very nice shower head. The air conditioner is very high up on the wall & hard to adjust. The beds were comfortable. The staff & breakfast saved the stay & made it ok.

I didn't like the looks of this place but it did have a few redeeming qualities: free secure wifi, flat screen tv, relatively clean, coffee maker in room, decent breakfast, adequate lighting in room, good location, and friendly. On the negative side: cheap toiletries, stale door in room, furniture was garage sale quality and the overall property was in need of clean up and maintenance.

Very good price, clean and well managed. Accommodating staff. Good value for the money. The desk staff work hard to give you the best available room. We would stay again. Also great Mall right across the street
