Hotel was comfortable, clean. My only comments would be the flooring around the pool was VERY slick!!! I didn't want my kids walking around, could easily slip and hit your head. Bed was too soft for my back, but everyone else slept just fine! Overall good/safe hotel to stay at. Plus DQ next door :)

This is our second stay and will definitely return on our next visit. The pool was great for the kids. Hot tub and bar were great for mom and dad after traveling all day with kiddos. Bartender makes an awesome margarita! TV screens at the tables, food is good (BBQ chicken nachos were awesome, kids scarfed them down with us), secure parking is nice esp. in the downtown area which can be a little sketchy but this is right on Yakima Ave which is the main drag and we actually enjoyed a stroller walk each evening before sunset. Several restaurants withing walking distance. Enjoyed dinner at Olive Garden down the street one night. Rooms are clean, staff are so nice. Looking forward to our next stay!

With the gated parking you can't go wrong. Unfortunately the city has become something of a crime locale so parking is hard in town unless you want your car broken into. The extra security is always appreciated. Due to the slim attendance at the hotel the staff seems to be content with manning the front desk occasionally instead of full-time, but it is understandable since there are only a handful of people spending the night there at a time.

Stayed here for a business trip. Loved it. Would definitely recommend.

Gated parking, friendly staff and a very comfortable room.

Beautiful hotel, however some staff could be friendlier. Also the bed was not comfortable.

Checked in at 10p and left at 4a the next morn I B-) so not much time but was very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Clean, friendly, quiet and efficient hotel. Love the refrigerator and Keurig. And always the free wireless st Holiday inn hotels. Perfect place to stay when in Yakima.

We arrived late and staff were great about checking us in. After a busy week of work and school we were exhausted. We slept in until 10:30 a.m. when housekeeping knocked on the door next to us and woke us up..but we needed to go any way! In the best part of Yakima, ready to find.very comfortable and clean...

I appreciated that we received a copy of guidelines for sports equipment and team behaviors when we arrived. I think having clear expectations made everyone's stay a pleasant one at the hotel. I appreciated having a large refrigerator in the room to keep food and drinks cold and safe for the next day's games. I was also happy with the secure parking lot provided.

fun weekend, great crabfest for dinner friday nite out on the patio.. beautiful location downtown, close to shopping, retaurants and sunday market with fresh vegetables, fruit, berries and crafts..also had a great meal at Santiago's Mexican restaurant, onlything I didn't like was the indoor pool,we tried to lay out in sun on patio, but by 11:30 am sun was behind bldg.. Sincerely D.&J

Was greeted by friendly staff. Room was nice - added bonus room very clean and quiet. I'd recommend for stay in Yakima!

New and clean. Very comfy. Loved the gated parking. Great breakfast at the restaurant. Get the skillet, awesome potatoes and butter milk pancakes. Great service as well.

Clean hotel with free wi-fi. Menu choices at restaurant not so great, but they have a nice outdoor seating area. One thing I wasn't keen on is that you have to walk through the main lobby/entrance to get to the pool and fitness center. Not a great set-up when you're in your bathing suit!

Hello Andrea, Thank you for providing feedback about your recent experience as our guest! We are happy that you enjoyed our comfortable and clean facilities. Thank you also for sharing comments about the pool area, we will be looking into a solution to the slippery flooring. We enjoyed having you as our guest, and hope to see you again in the future!
