mediocre average. climate control in room was poor. room became too warm as thermostat on ac did not work.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great! The breakfast was very satisfying with hot and cold offerings. We were able to access restaurants in a short drive! The hotel was very easy to find right on the main road as you enter Yakima and we were thrilled that it was easy to locate since it was raining really hard when we got there. Our first room was near the back door and was too noisy for us so they moved us quickly to a better location.

The staff was rude, and lazy, but it was nice otherwise.

Overall the hotel was fine. Staff was nice. Room needed some repair. Shower head was breaking away from wall and the headboards were damaged. Besides that, it was overall clean.

The place is clean and organized. I can see it's well maintained. I have a king-bed room. The deco is great and feel good with the price I paid (~$64). The bathroom is clean and big, probably because it's for accessibility. The only complaint is that it took me a while to find the coffee maker. The coffee they serve at the lobby is so cold. The breakfast is not bad, the self-made waffle makes up everything else. :)

Staff was great, clean , comfortable and recently renovated

Stayed one night passing through. Easy access from highway 12 and I-82. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, reasonable breakfast included. No issues of concern and felt I was well served for the price.

The hotel was easy to find. The lady at the counter was very polite and helpful. She gave us suggestions of tasting rooms downtown. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

It was ok. The hotel is conveniently located, near the intersection of I-82 and US-12. Pluses: convenient location, not outrageously expensive, includes an ok breakfast, takes pets. Minuses: the room was clean but had a weird smell, wi-fi worked intermittently, the neighborhood is iffy which only matters if you have a dog to walk.

An overall good place to stay. The price was reasonable and rooms comfortable and clean.

Comfortable bed easy access to lobby and parking lot soft linens great showdr

I was in Yakima for a cousin's 50th anniversary. I spent a total of 8 hours in the hotel room. The hotel's location was perfect, just a block or two from the freeway entrance. It was quiet, even on a Saturday night. The room was comfortable. Nice king sized bed. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The staff were nice and accommodating. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in this hotel. In sum, it fit all my needs and was significantly better than most other hotels of its type. And, it was a good value compared to other hotels in the city. I would recommend it to others.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Slept well in King bed. Location was somewhat iffy--some empty businesses with neglected look. But we still walked to dinner--family run Mexican restaurant. Still I didn't go for my usual morning walk (I'm a small-framed female senior.) Didn't check out the swimming pool or included breakfast.

The experience was tolerable. Room smelled of smoke from long ago. Th breakfast was average. Would stay here again only if no other local accommodations were available.

The rooms were very clean and well furnished, much better than expected. We reserved the suite, but it had maintenance problems so they housed us (two families with small children) in adjoining double queen rooms for the same price. The pool leaves something to be desired, but it's there. Breakfast is adequate, and even includes waffles. If that's not good enough, there is a good little breakfast & waffle cafe next door. The hotel is a bit out of town, but right off the highway. The quality of the rooms and the price make up for any shortcomings.

Room and staff were very nice. Free breakfast choices were fine. The biggest problem I had during my week stay was no long distance phone service. The staff was nice enough to let me know where I could buy a long distance calling card. (It was then a hassle to dial ~30 numbers to make a LD call.) I'm very glad they had an Internet-connected computer in the lobby for guests. I used it extensively and never had to wait to get on it.

We didn't spend much time at the motel but appreciated the cleanliness. Sheets were worn, but very clean.

the room was clean but we were up stairs with no elevator and the bed was hard .but it was april fools day.

Not bad for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Water pressure could have been better.

The shower head didn't work. It was meant for 2 people in the room and there was only 2 towels. The carpet was newer, but needed vacuuming. Overall it was nice, but considering the original price, I won't have stayed here. Can I say, great place to stay with your pets. So if you have small pets, it's a great place to stay.

We're sorry that there was an issue with the A/C. We've just come out of a very harsh Winter, including a devastating freezing rain. We only recently started having very hot days, so we've only recently begun to discover which A/C units are still functioning. We will continue to improve our rooms as we discover issues, so we hope that you will give us another try in the future.
