It is apparent that this facility is undergoing a brand change which appears to be a positive event. The front desk clerk was amazing and very patient trying to keep all customers comfortable as there was a tornado warning during our stay.

Nice lobby, friendly staff, lack luster room, very uncomfortable bed, skimpy breakfast.

Disappointed in the breakfast. Mostly sweets and carbs.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the Sleep Inn's cleanliness, comfort and especially the pleasant and effective staff. I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend them to friends and family.

We had stayed in Sleep Inns previously and been really impressed. We stayed in this particular hotel only one night as a quick stopover trip on a long drive with our 2 young children. Positives: - Modern look to the rooms and the hotel in general. - Clean - Comfy beds with plenty of pillows. - Friendly desk staff. Very helpful as well. Negatives - Breakfast area pretty cramped. It's more of a continental breakfast than a hot one, but they do have Jimmy Dean sandwiches you can heat up. - Rooms on the smaller side for our family of 4, but we made it work. I felt like we got our money's worth here, overall, and I would consider staying again.

This hotel was a great price, and I was very pleased with the value. It was easy to locate while driving in at night.

Room was okay. Bathroom was very tiny. It would make an ant claustrophobic. Shower had mold. Door trim was pulled away from the wall. Hotel itself needs some love soon before major renovations are needed.

After a 6 hour drive in freezing rain/snow and horrible traffic it was really nice to settle into a clean, comfortable, and warm room. Always stay at Sleep Inn when possible. Always nice.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, not so much on the inside. Carpets were dirty and dingy. A dirty /used washcloth was found hanging on the shower curtain. Door frame molding was taped into place. Shotty work at best! Plumbing and water pressure was poor. The free continental breakfast was worthwhat they charged for it....nothing! The best part of this hotel was the location, and staff friendliness .

This was just a quick stopover for us on our way further south. It was an excellent choice as far as proximity to I-77. The beds were very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated. The only drawback was the water pressure in the shower which was very low. We would stop here again.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a variety of options. Breakfast sandwiches, toast, muffins, donuts, eggs, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, juice etc...

This is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to a destination. It is conveniently located right off the freeway and is close to mant restaurants. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that you can walk to. Very clean and quiet. The cost value was excellent!

Staff could have been more friendly . Coffee for breakfast was not fit to drink .

Bathroom only had a shower which was o.k. however, when you went in the room with the toilet there was peeling paint over the door.

Staff was amazingly accommodating, room clean & comfortable with 4 pillows per bed and extra towels! Continental Breakfast adequate, and they really do have coffee 24/7 as well as juices! Rooms well insulated from noises. View of sunrise over the mountains on back side of hotel. Best value in Wytheville, VA - and I've stayed in most of the hotels!

This was a great room for 50 bucks. It was clean, and was pretty new inside. They provided good basic toiletries and the shower was new and roomy. The room had a desk and comfortable chair. Overall, the hotel was more than I would expect when paying such a low price.

The front desk staff was not friendly. I paid extra for room with amenities and got a room without a fridge and microwave instead. One plus is that it is located beside a fantastic restaurant which serves really good food.

non smoking room was smoky. I smelled like smoking after I left the room. Always wanted to stay her because of location (a good stop point). All was great except for the smoke

Was just passing through and needed a bed, but the hotel was well maintained and the staff friendly. definitely worth the few extra dollars over the budget motels. the room was nice and offered a mini fridge and microwave, but I was unable to connect to wifi

Dirty carpet. Found a big bug in our bed. Friendly staff though and decent breakfast.
