The hotel room was clean, bright, and white. There was adequate lighting and USB ports. The beds were comfortable. The pool was under construction, so cannot comment. The hot tub jets didn't seem to be working. The outdoor nighttime ambiance was nice with the firepits. I was told there would be smores, but we must have missed that.
Beautiful property. Loved the brick wall in the room. The beds were very very comfy and cozy! Everything was clean! And we had the added bonus of s’mores night - how delightful!
All cleaning staff do not disinfect rooms after each customer stay. None of cleaning staff or front desk (except for Heather and Simon) or maintenance-!!!) speak ANY English. Their maintenance staff recommended us to change the room because “the thermostat needed repair” - we stayed in the room. The thermostat worked fine. I guess they didn’t even know how it’s supposed to work. They don’t even try to understand you. I guess the hotel had some sort of a contract with Peru to train Peruvians for 10-12 weeks and then they get new staff from Peru. Just horrible.
Staff was friendly and helpful, but dining was understaffed, took forever to get food, IF YOU WERE fortunate enough to be seated. Christmas morning, no one could eat, people were hungry and angry.
We loved that area and that it was a little removed from town in it's own space. Great staff, airport pick-up, and free bus service.

The hotel is very close to downtown and all of the ski areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
A little on the cheap side as far as items in the room. I was expecting a robe in the room for all of the in and out of the hot tub. No big deal, the staff was great and very friendly.

The property was really pretty with wonderful views. We loved the access of the shuttle to and from the Town Square and Airport. Only thing that wasn't very good was the fact that putt putt and the maize on beautiful days was closed. There is no reason for it to be closed when it doesn't consist of anything that could get people hurt or ruin anything?
The room and the grounds were perfect and it was a super comfortable stay.
The location was great. We loved the onsite restaurant! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, excellent place to stay!
Nice property and comfortable room. Service is lacking and they need more staff at the front desk since there was constantly a long line to talk to anybody. Phone calls to the front desk were never answered. Wanted to charge $10 per extra towel (beyond 4), which was a bit surprising since there was no cleaning throughout a four day stay. Given the $400/night rate and resort fee I would expect that to include extra towels.
