Just a one night stay but it was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were nice and clean. If you wanted to walk the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Breakfast was very good for Comfort Inn. Would stay again.
Typical comfort inn, this one is dated , worn but clean. The staff was good and helpful in advising us where to have a good dinner. Had to do a load of wash and found the laundry room clean and well lit. The machines where wiped down and fully functional. This is a good stay in Worland, the only chain stay available
This was a great place to stay while passing through Wyoming. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They suggested great places to eat in town. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft and great to sleep on. Only downside, no elevator and hot tub was broken. We would stay there again.
Small room difficult for two people to move around. Bathroom had to shut the door just to get to the toilet paper. Shower head was a little over 5 ft high making it difficult to shower. Beds were ok comfortable. People were friendly. All night/morning long you could hear your neighbors, their conversation and there kids running up and down the hallway. One lady was having a conversation in the hallway on speaker phone and you could hear every word. Small town however not that many options and I would imagine probably your best option.
We decided to stop here on way to Yellowstone. The hotel is nice. Wish the sink was in the bathroom and not in the room made it small. Hotel staff very nice and pointed out restaurant to eat at. Breakfast was very good. Nice selection of all foods.
I checked in here on, July 1st. I have stayed here on several other occasions, so I knew what to expect. The ladies and staff are always friendly and happy to take care of you. These rooms are always super clean and the hotel is quiet, always a plus for me. The breakfast bar is very good and well stocked, also a plus for me! They are located near some of Wyoming's most spectacular scenery and historical sites. I recommend spending a few days here in this area and see some of the states best.
Like others said, they do not honor Government rate. Yes, during the summer tourist months they charge exorbitant rates for a subpar motel. But during the rest of the year they are not booking their motel and are loosing money due to their policy of not providing government rates. Afterall there are alot of government entities located in the worland area. As a government employee I will never stay here again...business or personal. On checkout the night man was extremely rude and rooms are extremely outdated anyhow.
The room was really tiny but clean and there was no elevator to second floor. That was very inconvenient for us as we had a lot of luggage. And the unkind front desk lady was not helpful at all. Too pricey for what you get.
Quoted gov. rate over phone. Charged their regular rate. Told clerk I could not stay gov only pays a certain amt. She stated, 'ef Obama.' WHAT? Charged my card and I had to contact BBB to help refund.
The Motel is close to the downtown area. It is adequate and probably the best lodging in town. There is no elevator if your room is on the second floor - take the stairs. Offered a breakfast in the morning - normal fare - reconstituted eggs, undercooked sausage, waffles and muffins. The room was a typical Comfort Inn room - nothing special. A place to stay for the night.
