Spent 1 night here for a trip to the NEC, It was great value, super clean, and perfect for our requirements, 20 mins from NEC (By car),no issues at all with the room, staff were extremely friendly, and we could even have the dog in the room with us we would defiantly stay here again

Not a busy evening when I stayed, but tables remained unwiped and my empty plate remained on my table all night. Average hotel - more of a travelodge/ motel than anything special. As a stopover then ok, but no luxuries here. Macdonald's or a Harvester pub are the choices for dining (on the hotel car park outside) unless you want baguettes at the bar

The hotel has been here for a long time and has been well maintained. The rooms are clean and tidy and quiet; this is important as it is next to the M5 motorway. Plenty of parking spaces available a couple of local restaurants nearby. It can take some time to turn right out of the hotel to the M5.

always a pleasure to come here...have driven down to Italy many times ,through France,Switzerland and Germany and this place heads the list for cost ,with breakfast thrown in,no hidden charges. ok so its not in the Alps or a fabulous french town ..its Redditch...and the breakfast room can get busy...but the staff are always pleasant and accomodating, the dinner menu good, clean and with comfortable rooms ,plus that satisfied feeling of not having been ripped off. I use it as a stopover when visiting my mother in nearby Evesham, and have bought my grandchildren, daughter and husband ...son and wife...et al. very glad to have found it ! long may they keep going.

Spent a night here after returning from holiday was very comfortable beds were lovely breakfast was very good but staff a bit moody. Restaurant a bit expensive so we ate out. Only has bar restaurant. Very quite in rooms but wi fi not very good.

I stayed here overnight with my mother and 7 year old son in preparation for a visit to the nearby Cadbury world. The hotel rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Theres complimentary tea & coffee in the rooms and a hot buffet breakfast included in the price. Although many people staying at the hotel during our visit, we were t disturbed at all by noisy guests....always a winner !! Breakfast was a little busy but there was a great selection of hot food, cereals, fruit, toast and pastries. I would definitely stay here again.

A really strange hotel, and not in keeping with most Holiday Inns. Based on my experience getting served at the bar I went out for food. The guy that checked me in looked at me like I'd lost the plot when I asked for a drink, I felt bad troubling him. The wifi in the room is woeful. Rooms are okay, so if you don't need wifi or a drink you'll be fine.

Arrived rather late on a Friday night (Saturday morning). Were greeted pleasantly enough and had apologies that the bar was no longer open (Not an issue for us). Enjoyed the breakfast. Only draw-back was that the headboard did a lot f creaking, etc., after we had put the lights out, so took a while to settle down. This may have been due to the new-ness of the hotel.

Have just spent 5 nights here with 3 colleagues. Initial impression was good, staff appeared friendly enough on the first day but as the days passed they hardly acknowledged we were there. Menu looked amazing and we weren't disappointed with the food for the first two nights but from there service and food went downhill! We were sat waiting to be served for approximately 45 minutes on the third night and staff had to be told we wanted serving. What I wanted was not available and neither had it been the previous evening. When the food eventually came we were only given 1 starter, the rest came at the same time as the main and one was missing. We asked for a bottle of prosecco and we're told they had none, when it was on the menu. Seriously, the service is extremely poor and staff are incompetent. Shame, as the hotel decor and rooms are lovely. The hot breakfast choices are not too good either, only one egg option - scrambled and no tomatoes or mushrooms. Disappointing stay, won't be back in a hurry!

We were a bit disappointed this time the staff on reception did not welcome us as we would have expected Hello did you have a good journey etc The first night we could not sleep very well as the duvet was 10.6 bit hot for the summer went to reception and informed that it was one that kept you cool in summer and warm in winter but would see what could be done arrived back in the evening and found another duvet on side took 10.6 one off bed and replaced with the replacement fine apart from it being for single bed no problem Went down for breakfast and a family on next table with baby asked for high chair it had cling film on tray so presume it had been cleaned inform the mother it was dirty and informed I presume the head lady who came over and cleaned it (not very happy) there was another one with cling film on it and I would have checked that one not checked. Breakfast on three days was fine. But high chair with out cling film was dirty could have been used by a person earlier and should have been cleaned
