Affordably priced - good value. Centrally located right off the highway with a Starbucks and 99 next door. Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast pretty good too!

Breakfast choices better then expected. Room as expected. Issues with outside noice across the street the night staff help get resolved.

Everything was as described, if not better. Room was very clean, modern and welcoming

I'm new to the Holiday Inn Express hotels, and have been trying to stay with this brand more and more often. The location was great and walking distance to a few very nice restaurants. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was very nice, and the staff were helpful. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Everything you could want. I did experience a small problem with the WiFi one evening, but the rest of the time it was great.

the shuttle service was really helpful, but a little unreliable. breakfast was really great.

Everyone one at the Holiday Inn Express Worcester from the manager, to the front desk, to the maids, was so helpful and friendly. Made staying there a pleasure!

Great location to WPI, and a very friendly staff. I was expecting something a little better for breakfast, very light and not that appetizing. Overall a decent place to stay when visiting your kids at school

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The tv wasn't working when we got there but they sent somebody right away to solve the problem. The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist. She was kind of rude for a person who is supposd to give a good first impression of the hotel. Other than that everything was perfect.

Needed a place to stay during snow storm. Easily accessible and convenient.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. It was pretty full on the Saturday night, so the breakfast area was pretty full when we passed it on the elevator, but we didn't mind stopping at the Starbucks that was conveniently RIGHT next door.

I pay out-of-pocket for business travel. This was perfect for the price. It has a restaurant and a Starbucks within walking distance. However, it is not within walking distance of much else.

Staff was very friendly and the location was great for the even we attended at the Palladium. Room was spacious and the bed was very nice. Very modern and clean. Will be staying there again next week if we attend the festival.

For the price, the hotel is good. There's a Starbucks next door and a sensibly priced restaurant. The room was large, clean and comfortable. When I booked the hotel, I didn't notice that it was near the train tracks. Horns blared some time after 10:30pm.

A little run down (some wear and tear in the room), but clean. Definitely noisy... between the noisy groups running around the hallway shouting conversations, and the man who at 2 AM was screaming in his cell phone, right outside my room, about how he had to take an early flight -- replete with the use of the F-word about a dozen times-- I'd hardly say it was peaceful. I didn't get much sleep, which was unfortunate since I too had an f-ing early flight.

Great location ad good value - walking distance to the DCU arena - for event that we were attending. Rooms were comfortable and clean

Hotel has been remodeled, new carpet, etc. Not sure what it looked like before, but it was a pleasant stay. Right next to the DCU Center, which is why we were there.

Better than expected. Grew up in Worcester and this area was down trodden. Surprized to see the improvement. Shower curtain was loose and falling down, otherwise the room was better than expected.

Wasn't bad for the price comfortable and clean but had a slight smell as if it was flooded. But overal good stay for a night.

Very" no thrills" clean basic hotel....over priced for the ametities.

The hotel was clean and quiet. So close to the palladium we could walk to the concert. Staff was friendly.
