I was so rest broken because of the thin walls of rooms. The rooms are not sound proof. I was disturbed from the room above me and could hear conversations and TV's from surrounding rooms.
We stayed off and on a few times while selling our home. It was convenient for us to go here instead of allowing our toddler to destroy the clean house every time after a viewing. House sold within a week and so glad we found comfort suites near us. Breakfast was a great plus for our family.
Hotel opened 3 weeks prior to our stay in 3/2018. The room was nice but small, bed was a little firm but comfortable. Ask for a room on the front side of the hotel to avoid highway road noise.
We loved the courtesy of the staff and the architecture presentation of the out to inside, the chandeliers took my breath and the view of our room overlooking the Japanese garden area, the quietness of the hotel was so needed and great to have, along with the cleanliness. The security of the facility was the first thing that caught my attention, as a person without a room card has to be buzzed in by the front desk attendant. I had made my reservation through Orbitz. Check-in went smoothly; and though the attendant at first assigned me a room that was still occupied, the error was quickly corrected, and I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness, and amenities of my new room. The road up to the facility is a bit difficult to see in the dark - it's right next to a Chevron gas station - and the facility isn't visible until one has driven about 500 feet up a hill (adding to the sense of security); but there's plenty of parking for the large and luxurious facility.
It’s big enough. There’s a extra space with cozy sofa and table. Very good. Only thing I was feeling about is bathroom. It’s small too small.
Couldn't see diagram for heat/air on unit.. had to figure out the settings to turn on heat. People in room 550 next door has cigarette smoke drifting in my room knowing they shouldn't be smoking! Seen a roach running around on floor..
Very friendly with a "feel-at-home" atmosphere throughout my entire stay.
