Nice place, nice breakfast in the mornings. Was surprised with the additional $25.00 per night "incidentals" fee. Not too sure what it was for. Desk clerk explained it as "for the incidentals"......? Deck clecks were helpful but seemed really new and were unable to answer several questions we had.

Great location, perfect place to get away with family and friends.

We had a great time swimming, eating and spending time together.

Staff was nice. Overall experience was okay. Room we stayed was outdated, bathroom was not as clean. The AC/Heater unit goes on constantly and it's annoying. Does not shut off once it reaches set temperature.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Great pool.

Nice room and a great breakfast. My plane landed at 5am and they were able to check me in super early instead of making me wait til 3pm

The from desk people we're very friendly, courteous, the room was wonderful except the heat wasn't very hot- had thermostat on 75 but room was still cold , ammenaties were great. I had a family emergency n had to leave early n they only charged me for half a day

This is the second time that I've stayed at this hotel while visiting the 3M facility. I love the proximity to my customer. The hotel has easy access to I-94. The staff is pleasant and my stay is very comfortable. I will stay there again.

Came up here from cedar rapids,Iowa, and we were quickly checked in by staff. We then headed to Green Mill restaurant and had an awesome pizza and excellent service. Afterwords the family headed to the largest pool we have had the pleasure of staying at! Spent 3 hours in there! After that we were exhausted and rested beautifully on the beds. Overall I would give this hotel/restaurant a big 4.5, and the only reason is that the bathroom needs attention badly! Your than that we had an awesome time.

Rooms are nice in the remolded area. There other areas of the hotel are dark and damp.

Nice room. Enjoyed patio. Breakfast was good and a little different each day.

Nice stay. Convenient to highway access and restaurants.

My hotel stay was very good. As expected. Efficient, clean, quiet, and good internet.

As I informed hotel management in the review that they sent me to fill out, the room had a musty smell, it was very dark, even with all lights on and in bad need of an updating. The shower head was inadequate and the water flow quite weak. The hotel is in need of updating. They responded that it had been updated in 2012 but I find it hard to believe that the rooms have been updated that recently, perhaps the pool area, it was the nicest part of the hotel. For what we were charged it was not a good value!

I have stayed at this location twice now. What I don't like about the hotel is the carpeting. It makes the place look outdated because of the design. I actually wouldn't ever walk on a hotel carpet without footwear, but I would be nervous to even accidentally step on it. The carpet was a bit dirty and once again the design gives off the vibe that it has been there since the 70's. The aura of the place would be better if they did some remodeling. Carpeting goes a long way for appearance. Bathtub needs some updating. I suggest looking at the Country Inn & Suites in Concord. NC. The best one I have ever stayed at so far. The staff was always helpful and breakfast was tasty with variety (I stayed 4 nights) . I have no concerns in the staff area. Location was good for what I had to do during this trip. It is located next to a major interstate system in the Twin Cities.

We were visiting a hospitalized relative & found the motel to be a good break. The pool was exceptional - large enough to actually swim in and not overwhelmingly chlorinated. The pool was also available early in the morning and later at night. The fitness center looked better than most, although we didn't actually use it The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

We were looking for a quick easter getaway at the last minute. I looked at various other hotels in the region and booked this one after I read all reviews, as always, and decided this was a good bet. We pulled in very easily off the highway and walked into a very nice lobby. The young man checked us in and even found space in their employee freezer for an ice cream cake for us to have later that evening! We walked to our room past the huge pool room that the kids couldn't wait to get into. We opened our hotel room on floor 1 and saw a sliding glass door, wondered out to a football sized fenced in beautifully landscaped court yard! We came from 2 feet of snow, so green grass was a welcome sight! We played in the warm pool for hours between playing outside in the county yard. We ordered dinner from the restaurant attached to the hotel, awesome deep dish pizza! We will be back to this hotel anytime we travel to the cities in the future, no doubt!

check-in was fine friendly staff, room and decor is old, carpet was stained, bathroom was missing light fixtures and shower head had 4 settings but only 1 of them worked. Loud party on Saturday night and none of the hotel staff seemed to care that they were making tons of nise well after mid night, would never stay here again

The price was great! Stay two nights get one free! Where to start on everything else. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Dust everywhere, the edges of the carpets were not vacuumed for along time because they were a completely different color with dirt and dust. Popcorn and other stuff under beds(noticed as doing a quick check for toys before leaving). My son who is allergic and has asthma started to cough within hours of being there with the fan running because it was so dusty and dirty. We were on the back side of the building and you could hear every bird and car going by from the interstate because of the lack of insulation in the ceiling. I have stayed in a Comfort Inn and Suites or Comfort Inn almost everytime we go out of town because we LOVE the breakfast deal and we always love the value, unfortunetly this is the one that will come off of my list to return to, unless a complete overhaul is done.

This hotel was built in the 1960's. Judging by the music playing overhead at the pool they were still using the 1960's 8 track tape. The staff was super friendly and everyone there was helpful. We stayed in a king suite. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean. I found a beer cap on the floor and crumbs in a few places in our room. The lounge in the front entry was dusty, the curtains were ripped and the table runner was heavily soiled. The lower level smelled of cigarette smoke. The pool was great! It has a gas fire pit on the pool deck with seating around it. The location was good to get around the cities in. Less expensive then others but here you do get what you paid for. I would stay again if I had no other choice. It was quite and in a residental neighborhood. Overall it was in desparete need of updating, repairs, and a jolly good scubbing! We also booked this hotel by the previous ratings.
