The bathroom in our room was terrible. The fan didn't work and the shower was a disaster. Otherwise, this was a good hotel and it's a shame they have chosen to neglect their maintenance.
If you stay any level less than the 10th, forget it. The music from the night club down stairs is going right through to you. Wish this was forewarned when checking-in at the hotel. “Hey, do you like lots of noise throughout the night?… then you will like any floor under the 10th” Other than the noise, the view is exquisite and the hotel is clean enough for the price. Wouldn’t expect anything less for the prices anyway

The hotel itself was nice, but I found out after my stay that there is an "urban fee" charge of $15 per day on top of the cost of the hotel stay. They said it was a $100 deposit when I checked in and that I would be reimbursed after check out. Additionally, parking is really expensive and self-parking in the lot does not have in and out privileges making it pretty useless. Street parking is readily available BUT you have to use a clunky app and set an alarm to replenish every 2 hours.

The room was clean, the bathroom was great. I could briefly hear some sort of gathering through the vents, but that only lasted about 20 minutes. The parking is onsite but they don’t validate at $52 per day, so hopefully you used Uber.
