Decent size breakfast buffet included in the price. Cute little pool and hot tub.

The Boston Woburn Residence Inn is a class act all the way!! We were staying the weekend in the area with a party of six so half of us could fish out of Gloucester and the rest could check out witchy stuff in Salem. I had booked a two bedroom suite and was informed upon check in that the hotel was overbooked and we'd been moved into 2 one bedroom suites instead. This turned out to be just fine - a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in each suite gave us plenty of room. The suites were spotless, the beds comfy. Can't say enough about the staff - housekeeping, breakfast servers, security, and manager (who was actually out and about with guests in the hotel making sure everyone was comfortable! ) were all so accommodating and top notch! Great breakfast buffet in the am too! If you're in need of a place to stay in the Boston /North Shore area, look no further!!

Nice hotel but in an industrial area; need car to access anything. Probably best for business travelers.

Upon checkout I noticed I was double billed. I had booked the hotel using a dotcom agency and the hotel charged my card as well. When I called the first time and requested a refund, the night shift agent said he could do nothing. I needed to wait for the day shift agent. When I called the day shift agent he said the requests were processed in the evenings. Because I felt I was getting the run around, I asked for the name of the GM. I was cold transferred to him without any heads up. He confirmed the refunds were processed in the evenings and had no idea whey the first agent could not process the refund. I asked for him to oversee and expedite the process and send me an email. He confirmed my email address and said he would do so. I watched my credit card and email and again received no indication that a refund was being processed. I ended up calling my CC company and disputing the charge...

The suite is very large and convenient, with nice amenities. HVAC system rather noisy, Good selection at included breakfast. "Gym" very (too) basic.

Great room space, very convenient to have breakfast and parking and wi-fi included at a reasonable cost. Negatives were a cold hot tub, too much chlorine and an over-crowded breakfast area.

Great place, absolutely no issues whatsoever. Easy on and off the highway. Plenty of places to eat and Boston Sports Center right next door you can use for $5.

My wife and I only spent the night but made sure to capitalize on the amenities of this hotel. The indoor pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, was beautifully heated. For dinner, though we didn't stay in, the staff helped us find a great sushi place right in Somerville. We enjoyed ourselves on a date night, and capped it off with a great night sleep.

Check-in was fast and friendly. Rooms were clean and large. The hotel was very busy as it was a Holiday but was not noisy. Breakfast area was great and had an excellent buffet. They restocked the food readily and everyone was friendly and polite.

We loved our stay a month earlier as a couple (all 5s). We brought our teen daughter on this second visit to this hotel. When we tried to use the fold out sofa, it was inoperable. They provided an air mattress. They comp-ed us a free movie for our trouble. Daughter needs gluten-free diet. Staff unable to give dietary info on all "menu" offerings for breakfast. Even though the fitness room is small, there is a large fitness center next door available at $5 per visit.

Attentive staff and lots of families (on a week-end) made it a good place for the family. Breakfast buffet was decent. Pool was small, but adequate. Construction started just before 7:00 on Monday. Seemed a little early considering the noise. Location by 93, 128, the T, and Logan Express makes it very accessible.

this hotel has complete kitchens, including dishwasher.the hot and cold breakfast choices were excellant each morning. the pool, although small, was clean and warm.good guest computer room and small fitness center. the location is quiet, but easy access to route 128 and 93. the only drawback to the stay was the triggering of the fire alarm system(apparently from someone cooking. this happenend three times, once at 11 pm . we had to vacate the hotel until the fire department ok'ed everything. we spoke to the desk about this inconvenience and we were pleased to receive a one night's credit for our three night stay. despite this this mishap, we would recommend the hotel and it's fair treatment.
