We stayed 4 days. The staff was quite accommodating. The room was good, breakfast was fine, and the location was perfect! I definitely recommend this hotel for visiting the Boston area.

Very comfortable and reasonable priced hotel.
Furniture and phone were old.
The $50 hold they put on my card in case i broke anything and then the bathroom sink was cracked
Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent. The only disappointment was the pool. It did not seem very clean and had an unpleasant smell to the water. Other than that, the property was very clean.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. They were great at providing advice on where to eat and what to do. Be aware that there is no elevator so be sure to request first floor if you cannot do stairs. We did not but they were able to accommodate us with a first floor room when we arrived. The hotel rooms are outdated but the beds and TV seem newer. Overall , good, affordable hotel!
The swimming pool was very nice, not crowded and we taking pleasure using it during our entire stay.

The room was not cleaned before our booking. No toiletries were available. The previous guests opened containers were still in the fridge.

I'm assuming that under different circumstances (COVID), it might have been better but the girl running the front desk was extremely nasty and rude. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms had what appeared to be blood splatter on the bathroom door but to make us feel better we assumed a child had sprayed something on it?! Went down for breakfast at 8:30 and the same girl was working that checked us in and was being just as rude to the person trying to check in. Unfortunately, that same girl was also in charge of the coffee and there would NOT be any coffee served until she was ready. Waited a while then took my grandson swimming and figured I'd go back in a little bit for coffee etc. but it was then 8:55 and breakfast was all but picked up.
The pool was dirty an every sanitize station was empty.
Nice large, clean, comfortable room and bath, great cable, great climate setting, thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the stay
