The front desk staff was unfriendly from the moment we walked in the door, and rude when I asked the second day if our room was going to be cleaned, which it apparently wasn't because we had our do not disturb sign up until we left at noon (housekeeping was still in the room next door to us). While the hotel and the room itself were clean, our room was very musty and damp smelling. The exhaust fan in the room was apparently on a humidity control and ran most of the time. The exercise room was very cramped and the weight machine had broken parts. It was usable, but seems dangerous for kids (and there were some in there) or people who don't know how to use these. The side door to the hotel said that it could only be opened with a room key, however, it remained unlocked our entire stay, even when returning around midnight. And then, after trying to ignore all these little things, at breakfast on our last morning, a lady at the table next to us told us that they found bedbugs in their bed the previous night. She had several bites on her arm and pictures of the bugs. We didn't see any evidence of bugs in our bed, however, we couldn't get out of there fast enough and took as much precaution with our clothing when returning home as we possibly could.

Our only problem was with the room keys. We had to have them rekeyed every day.

Though my reservation was missing in action, management was able to accommodate my needs. Staff is very willing to please. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean. Though I did not sample it, there is a free breakfast.

Honestly I've been avoiding ramada for quite a few years since some of them I've stayed oh we're way below par, but this one is a standout, great people, great facility .. Well maintained and professionally managed ... Clean and Comfortable wished we would have brought our swimsuits.

Overall great place to stay. Loved the location, the front desk was very nice and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. My only issue were the beds and the breakfast staff. The beds were extremely hard, if you're used to a plush top, you will be in back pain for most of the trip. Breakfast was good, but there were a couple workers one day who made it a point to always be in the way of the food, and were talking to each other about how terrible we all are and how gross we are when we eat and get food, it was extremely rude.

My boyfriend and I decided to do a weekend getaway in the Dells. I selected this hotel mainly because I wanted a room with a hot tub so we stayed in one of the suites. This hotel looked nice and was the most affordable for us. When we got there, the hotel met my expectations. The lobby and room were both very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We got 2 rooms, a standard double queen and an upgraded double Queen. Rooms were clean and comfortable but certainly not worth the money to upgrade. The continental breakfast only had waffles as a hot breakfast which was disappointing. Staff was wonderful!

The hotel met all out expectations and even made copies for us. Very helpful staff. We will return.

Used the hotel for a few nights for a ski trip. The room was clean, breakfast was ok, great value for the money. Expected a more functional workout room, though...

overnight stay after a wedding in Baraboo. Was clean. Breakfast was very nice.

CLEAN and QUIET. GRACIOUS STAFF. IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS RE: ROOM i.e. bed, towels & linens quality, cleanliness, having what I might need or want. It was an easily walk to my meeting which was at the Kalahari Resort. Culvers (butter burgers & Ice cream) is directly across from the motel. It was a personal inconvenience not to have recycling facilities available. - YOU DID GREAT!. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Came to town for convention at the Kahlahari but had no need to stay at such a big place. We preferred a quiet and close hotel that included breakfast and a pool. We were very pleasantly surprised by the service and friendliness that we received as well as the pool and whirlpool area was just right for my husband to lounge at while I was in classes. Location was excellent for restaurants and we even took a ride to the casino for a few hours. We will be back if we need a clean, friendly place in the future.

The location is within miles of all the attractions that the dells has to offer. The rooms were clean and offered a great vacation experience. Thanks

The Ramada was a decent place to stay and was sufficient enough to serve as a place to rest your head at night. Friendly staff and a great location right off of the Interstate and close to the outlet mall and plenty of restaurants.

It wasn't as great as reviews...we ended up changing rooms at 1:00 am the first night due to rude people right above us...it took three calls to the front desk to get something done. At checkout...all they said was sorry! Very disappointed......

Clean rooms, nice indoor pool, good breakfast (muffins, waffles, bagels) Good experience, except we put do not disturb out 1 of the 3 mornings we spent there and housekeeping skipped over our room every day there.

staff was great! they gave us a few discount brochures when we checked in. Our room was great! much larger than we expected plenty of room for the 5 of us.

Great location,Very Clean,Staff very helpful, jacuzzi very cleanand romance, very tasteful waffles, clean pool area and exercise room staff very helpful

This hotel is OK but has outdated decor ... seemed pretty drab.

Great value and friendly service. The room was clean and the breakfast and well kept.
