Rooms were nice.
My friend got bug bites all over his arms. And people keep trying to enter the room all night it was very uncomfortable to sleep with the constant giggling of the door handle. We had to change rooms for the 2nd night becuase of the bug bites.
I had requested a room with a microwave and refrigerator. After checking the room, there was neither. I went to the front desk and asked about it, but all I was told was that the room was not available. No other assistance offered. I had a two double bedroom. One bed was pushed up on the air-conditioning unit while the other was pushed against the other wall. The air conditioning wasn't cooling properly and made the room humid. Beds were not comfortable at all. Bad nights sleep. I will not go back here. Also, you have to pay extra for crappy wifi connection. Pay an extra $10 and go somewhere else.

We were not informed on the first night and no the door handle was of the next room where people were coming out or going in. The security guard was right there and he confirmed nothing was happening to room 107. You claimed of bug bites but why were we not informed immediately but on the second night as soon as we heard we changed rooms for you. And just so you know we have Ecolab as our exterminating service provider and they do make sure there is no bugs what so ever none of the guest have complained of any such problem in the room. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us.
