Front office staff was nice. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Econo Lodge I40 is a great place to stay for tired travelers. The staff was friendly and the property was very clean. The breakfast was great and the coffee actually tasted like coffee.

Overall the place worked for a nights sleep while travelling. Clean but older. The heater was too loud to leave on and it got pretty cold without it. Its fine for an overnighter while traveling through.

mildew, peeling paint in bathtub, bathroom door didn't shut, hole in bathroom door, cockroach on pillow, the towels were grey and rough, hair on towels and bed linens, holey and very worn blanket, pancake maker but no pancake syrup, no salt or pepper but had scrambled eggs, eggs had grey sections in them

The Bathtub is peeling and showing rust.

Had a good breakfast

Clean, nice hotel. Good breakfast.

Not well maintained. Not clean.

This was a good price and about twice as good as the other cheaper alternative in town.

The base molding in the room was pulling away from the wall. The bathtub was not finished properly & the coating was pealing. There was also at least a half-inch gap under the exterior door to the room. which not only would allow easy access for pests, but made for an extremely cold room. I had to use a towel to close the gap and have the heater running all night to stay reasonably warm. Had I not been exhausted from travel, I would have insisted on another room.

Totally solid for the money. Clean. No frills

This is a older property that had nice beds and parking at the door. I thought it was priced a little high but prices in that area were similar

Paint coming off inside of bath tub while taking a shower. Actually stepping on loose bath tub paint. Stated breakfast included but did not even offer snacks.

Very basic motel. Clean. Just what I needed. Nothing fancy. Appreciated breakfast. Microwave and refrigerator in room.

Bathroom appeared a bit too small and the door would not close properly. The TV was a little difficult to operate with the type of remote in the room. We had to turn it on and off from the TV itself.

The hotel looks a little dated from the outside but the rooms have been renovated. This by far has been the best sleep at a hotel I have received, the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The room is very clean. They offer a nice variety for breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here, I know if we are ever back in the area we will be booking here again. From check in to check out everything has went smoothly and the staff at the front desk are friendly.

Inadequate parking. Often could not park near "handicap rooms". They weren't actually qualified for handicapped since they have a high tub with NO grab bars and the tub is very slippery. Tub in such bad condition that I wondered if I would be dirtier getting out than getting in. Also, A/C so noisy we had to turn off to get to sleep. Only one small window.
