Breakfast good. Staff filled things before empty. Smiles, for everyone. We booked for 2 days we messed up and had to get new keys, for 2nd day because,of our computer error check in remembered us as we got to our room and was running up with our new keys

The room wasn't bad. Found previous guest's sock by the bed.

I stayed for just one night on a business trip. The hotel room was adequate, clean and well maintained, and the desk staff were pleasant. The room came with free wifi and a simple breakfast. Perfect accommodations for a short stay.

hotel staff at check in, breakfast and check out were the BEST!!! Room was small but ok bed comfy but the room needed. the friendliness of staff to be vacuumed as there was crumbs all over. difficult to get to hang clothing/coat.

The staff were very accommodating. It was very fast check in and check out. Was able to get a great deal on the room with orbit and the rating was correct. very decent place to stay. I will be coming back.

The hotel was very pleasant. Not very big or new - but it was quiet and clean and comfortable.. Wespent the day driving and hiking along the river and ended up in Winona for the night.

Basic room with nothing fancy. Easy to find, convenient to hi ways.

Staff is super polite and nice, very easy to work with and helpful. Actual hotel is very clean but overall old. Had a single king room and it was tiny, and paid $100 for a saturday to sunday stay. Was a busy weekend so not much choice available...but super over priced for the age of the hotel and the room furnishings. Did have free breakfast in AM with pretty good selection!

In preparation for attending a funeral, we booked a room on-line before receiving notification of a special rate at a competitor hotel nearby and found this Days Inn to be a superior value. The service is staffed with adults who know their business. I found them to be very professional and friendly in doing everything they can to ensure the stay to be as pleasant as possible. The room was clean and appointed with everything expected. The facility is not as deluxe as found elsewhere but not every one needs a full bar/restaurant/pool/nightlife on-site for us, the quiet and polite environment more than compensates for this. To be honest, I found the management at the competitor hotel to be appallingly lacking in professionalism. When confronted with over promising and double-booking previous reserved rooms and restaurant areas, my family members were greeted with joyless junior staff that were not prepared and ill equipped to deal with their oversights. I was embarrassed for them to be put in such a humiliating circumstance. The bar and restaurant service staff just seemed to be going through their motions and had little interest in their clientele. It is refreshing to board at a place that knows the nature of hospitality and works well within their facilities. For us simplicity certainly has its advantages.

Got a very low winter weekend price. Room quite small but clean. For an older facility it is kept up well. Staff was very helpful trying to resolve internet difficulties, likely with my own gadgetry. Very convenient location with good restaurant next door.

Our rooms were immaculately clean! The manager, and staff were so friendly, and approachable. It had the nice personal touches, that just isn't possible in the larger hotels/motels, or which we have never experienced, before. There was even ice water available in the room which I called a lounge (also breakfast room, etc.). I went to the front desk the evening of our stay, and asked if they had any toothbrushes. I had one in a second! I did discover my own when I unpacked after arriving home. We were in Winona for our granddaughter's high school graduation, and the Days Inn there couldn't have been a more convenient, comfortable, clean place to stay. They were "five star" in our opinion! Kudos to the manager and staff for the friendly, and personal services, that go way above and beyond the larger motels and hotels.

A good value for your money considering if you want to stay for a few days.

The room was very small, the a\c won't turn on so had to have the window open. I always find hotel rooms to be stuffy so I always have the a/c on so this irritated me. Barely any hot water.

Hotel was nice, neat, and fairly comfortable. A good value for the price. Wasn't anything fancy but I would certainly stay there again if traveling through Winona.

Both the night person who checked us in and the morning person who checked us out were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and the accommodations were neat and comfortable.

Breakfast was great. They had someone making the waffles for the customers and restocking the room. They also provided sugar free syrup for the waffles.

This hotel was extremely clean. The hotel staff was wonderful. I opted out of the room that said small when I was booking it and paid extra for a still very small room. It was perfect if you were not spending any time in the room as we were. This could be a problem for those who hang out in their rooms. The only hot option for breakfast was waffles. I would stay again, just wished they didn’t charge extra for the not small, small room.

We arrived at 10:30PM following a wedding reception in Lanesboro, MN. The rooms we had prepaid were well prepared (the air was on and cool) so we spent a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast is okay but only waffles available that were hot. Decent pastries, toast, juice, yogurt and coffee and cereals.

I am sorry to hear that you found a sock in the room. I will certainly make a note to the housekeeping staff of this oversight.
