Quality Inn Windsor Mill

2.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea, HOT/FREE breakfast. Perfect as I was travelling with children.

New internally renovated and clean. Nice microwave and refrigerator. TV is nice large size. When event at hotel, parking is a problem. Otherwise good service.

The hotel changed name from the Best Western to the Quality Inn and was not sure I was at the right hotel. Room was okay but the air conditioning made noise.

Hotel met our expectations location is perfect close enough to all major attractions, shopping center less than a mile away. Will highly recommend will stay there again if traveling to Baltimore.

The hotel was located very close to my scheduled activity. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool.

This was our first time staying this Best Western. I was a little bit nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect. I'm glad everything went fine during our stay. It has a great location, stores and restaurants are nearby. Very close to the Inner Harbor The hotel itself is very clean. Breakfast was great! I liked the breakfast lady. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful too! This hotel is highly recommended!

The stay was nice, the hotel and staff itself was good, and I loved the business center was open all night as I had a paper to right, but the location was a bit creepy. On a dark road and traveling alone as a woman made it a little scary. Otherwise, I had a good stay.

was wrongly accused of breaking into a vehicle yet i went to check about a loud noise when vehicle hit another vehicle and police was called on me to find out it was a vehicle hit

Just didn't appreciate being next to noisy people who were fighting til 2.a.m almost 3. I and my hubby had to put off intimate plans til next day because of it.

To be fair, the hotel was undergoing a remodel. The workmanship wasn't top notch (I could have done a better job at the tile work and wallpaper) and the tub didn't drain properly. I didn't have time to contact them to try to fix it (I don't like people in my room while I'm not there and I had a full schedule.) The furnishings were nice and comfortable. I just think that the wallpaper needed to be stripped to possibly get rid of the cigarette smoke smell.

No bells and whistles. The hotel isn't really near anything so you need to drive. And when I was there the WiFi was not working. But overall OK.

It was acceptable but the paper thin walls were a negative.

The hotel was right next to Martin's West where my conference was and right off the Baltimore Beltway. I had an inside room which was very quiet. The room was large, recently updated and very clean. Breakfast was the normal hotel Breakfast which is fine. Everything was a positive experience and the price was great.

Just a dirty, filthy place. I wasn’t sure whether our towels and bedding hadn’t been used before...

I know they recently remodeled and I like!!! Gives it a little less of a motel feel and makes you feel like you're in more of an upscale joint!

Mold in tub, dirty rugs and a construction nearby. Avoid if possible.

The Best Western is literally NEXT DOOR to Martins West which held the wedding that I came to Baltimore for. The convenience was excellent and nothing more that I could ask for. However, convenience was all that came with this hotel. It isnt anything special and perfect for a few days in the area. It is located near a Macy's and a gas station. The area isnt so great and with the doors leading to outside, I always had both locks in place. It is close to the airport and the Ellicot City and Columbia area which are nice. Perfect for an event stay but nothing more.

Other than the fact that the toiletries looked recycled, the room was clean. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was free. Nothing exceptional, but not bad either.

The room was no cleaned well. I've attached a picture of the tub.

While not fancy, the hotel was perfect for my needs - clean, great location with easy access to the Beltway and Route 40, and a responsive staff. I was pleased with it and would definitely stay there again!
