Location was the reason we chose this property-to attend an event at Allianz Energy center. The lobby area is modern and inviting. After that, it is not what I would call Sheraton standards. I reserved a King room but received a double “Queen” which is not really that. They replaced Queen beds with full size mattresses. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, our heater was physically broken with parts laying on the floor and it was obnoxiously loud every time it kicked on. Staff was great-this just isn’t really a Sheraton level brand of product.
This is a great hotel. It is convenient for my needs due to location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds and building and rooms are very nice. Bar/restaurant is great. The exercise room was excellent, with more equipment than ususl work out rooms.

Very happy with our stay last night. Had a lovely meal in the open lobby after a long day of travel. Room was very nice and clean. Happily everyone wore masks and lots of hand sanitizer stations
Hotel was clean and amenities all fine. However there was loud construction noise and interior painting going on, including right outside my room, which made it impossible to work from the room. I was offered a business studio for part of one day which was a kind gesture, though I could not get a phone signal there and paint fumes gave me a headache. I suggest notifying guests when an interior hallway is to be painted.
