Hotel okay for 1 night business stay served it's purpose. Breakfast was included which was a plus saved me a trip in the morning before going to my business meeting.
the lobby does not match the rooms. the lobby area was very nicely rennovated and that does not cross over to the rooms/hallways. once youre past the lobby it looks outdated. parking was easy. housekeeping was a bit annoying and kept asking us on our last day while we were loading the car if we were checked out yet. front desk is not always manned. 1/3 times you have to wait 2-3 minutes for someone to come to the desk, not worth it to call the front desk from the phone because they wont answer
The staff was very nice. The room was OK at best with the HVAC unit simply falling apart but still functional. I tried putting it back together but couldn't. The TV set (Phillips) remote didn't work at all - it seemed to be from a Sansui or something. I think hotels in Vermont/Mass are expensive and generally of less quality than most in NYS. This place was OK, just needs maintenance.
We decided at the last minute to head north to see the foliage. So hotel choices were limited. The place is dated but they are trying hard. Rooms are functional and have everything you need. Safe, microwave, coffee, refrigerator, hair dryer, and iron.
Thought we had 3 rooms not 2. Orbitz had to call and fix. Charged wrong card. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast awful, staff wore sweatpants. Rooms clean, staff friendly but would go back to Holiday Inn even though more expensive.
I needed someplace quiet and this was perfect. The bed was so comfortable that I overslept. Totally worth it. The wi-fi was great. Access to my room was a little strange but no big deal.
Always a dependable stay, when I visit southern Vermont. Nothing luxurious, but perfect for my annual visits.
There was no mention that thehotel was under renovation...including the outside pool that was closed and broken concrete on inside pool area...the exterior doors to hotel from parking areas were not secured/locked which made us feel unsafe.
Hotel was very outdated and smelled like pets. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and the stay. We will most definitely not be returning.
Me and my girlfriend took a spontaneous trip. Chose this hotel. It was an average stay. Basic nothing fancy. No complaints
Broken glass in the bathroom. Wifi didn't work. Room wouldn't lock for the first 3 hours. Received replacement key with no ID check. Was told the pool was open till 10 when in fact it had no water in it. Phone had message from 2 months earlier that I couldn't erase. Was first given a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned yet. Otherwise the room was quiet (after unplugging the fridge) and breakfast was OK.
The hotel was very satisfactory. It was a good choice for me.
This hotel is disgusting. Broken light fixtures, worn carpet, unshoveled emergency doors, broken soda machines, no heat in hall ways, indoor pool not working, poor plow job.
Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Covenient I I91 and Brattkeboro.
I did not know that this hotel was "pet friendly" which means a customer can dump off their pet in a room, then leave. As any dog will do in a strange place, cry and bark at people walking in the hall. Not to mention whatever accident they may have. I could not sleep untill they moved me to another room at 12:30 am. Who would rent a room knowing it harbors animals? NOT ME. Real 3rd world from the ripped up office chair in the room, to the broken down airconditioners in the halls
Dirty, dingy, smelly. Ad said recently renovated but not for years. Drains were sluggish so you stood in inches oh water in the shower. Doors were broken, outdoor pool was black and roped off. Breakfast had a notice that you couldn't take food from the area which is inconvenient for one traveling with handicapped person. Very disappointed!
Hotel needs some updating, and certain things leave a bit to be desired, but for the price and location (traveling for work) it was fine. The front desk people were very helpful and it was right off of the highway.
Staff were proficient ,room was clean, the breakfast was good, overall very good value for money
Chinese rest was surprisingly good as i NEVER eat at hotels (broccoli with black bean sauce). Free hot breakfast with above average fresh fruit was appreciated. TV in room had terrible reception.
This Quality Inn has everything you want in a Quality Inn. The rooms are clean and don't smell weird. Staff is nice, breakfast is solid, they have a pool...totally spot-on for the price.
