I liked the hot tub the best. I appreciated the breakfast but could have kept the food warmer.
The housekeeping staff was nice and helpful. The front desk staff was not. They have an issue with the hot water - it is scalding hot then lukewarm then gone within 5 minutes. We called about it twice and were told someone would look at it, no one ever did, we were there 6 days. Only half the outlets in the room worked, one of the lamps didn’t work, one of the over head lights didn’t work the first 4 days then started working after that. There was no phone in the room. The pool had A LOT of rules. Our small kids were not able to use their arm floaties unless coast guard approved because no lifeguard on duty? I’ve never seen a hotel with a lifeguard on duty. They had the pool divided into 3 lanes for lap swimmers and open swim. Lap swimmers acted like our group shouldn’t be there. We definitely won’t be staying at this motel again.

The room needed repairs but seemed clean.
Needed to wipe down toilet and sink surfaces. Bathroom still smelled bad. Bed was not the best. Area seemed okay. Staff was fine. Yogurt and bagels, waffles, coffee and some fruit for breakfast-that part was good.
Property is a dump. It’s very old and needs to be updated. I think they have people living there full time. Did not get a good feeling about this property.

There was an olympic sized swimming pool available for guests. It was really clean and lovely.
Great customer service welcoming me at front desk. Fabulous pool where I am able swim long laps and get a workout. Grateful!
Love the vibe and the calm. Just what you think of for a NE hotel.

generally we had a good stay during new year eve.I booked this property because it included pool with hot tub, unfortunately it was closed due to holiday. It was disappointed, otherwise the room is clean and staff is nice too.
We had the Bennington suite and it was perfect for two adults and a 12 year old. My only complaint was the person checking us in. I had to call him to come check us in right at 3pm but then he barely acknowledged me, dealt with two calls while I waited while still not saying a word to me. It was just awkward. But the woman at check out was the opposite :)
