Do not stay here! The carpet in the halls is horribly dirty, saw drug paraphernalia in the parking lot and the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. Avoid!

Our room was a mess. Burned out light bulbs, no proper shower rod and curtain, loose toilet seat, slow draining sink, for starter. I’m not sure what was renovated in this place, I never saw it.

This property claims to be pet friendly. Nothing could be further from the truth. Thought they saw me carrying a cat which was actually a 4 pound miniature Yorkie. Starting calling me repeatedly and then came to the room and insisted that I had a cat until I offered to provide visual proof. Front desk clerk claimed to be new, but I was here three weeks ago when she was also at the front desk. I believe she is the owner’s daughter. Recommend that you keep on driving.

Room was clean but an unusual, unpleasant scent in the room as I walked in. The room is larger than most hotel room (nice surprise). Unhappy about no elevator to second floor. The stairway we used had nasty carpeting, even though the sign outside said newly renovated. That was a very bad first impression. You need to do something about the stairwell. VERY BAD! Front desk person very nice and helpful.

Convenient to Interstate 64.

We had issues checking in as we are a bigger family- and didn't even have all of the kids with us. The staff was rude about the size of our family and what an issue it was that we booked online and had "so many people" (there were 5 of us total) and kept mentioning that we should have gotten more than one room.. we had a special needs 15 year old, and an 8 and 9 year old with us, we all needed to be in the room. When we got to our room the pull out had dirty linens, we called down and requested clean and were told they would get them ready for us to come down and get. The "breakfast" they offered wasn't breakfast so much as a snack bag with things like pretzels. The pool was cold and the sauna was locked. Overall we were happier about leaving than staying and won't be staying there again.

Very clean facility and room. Very nice reception staff. Felt safe with COVID prevention measures in place.

The room was very spacious than what we are used to, that was nice! We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, that was nice! The two gentleman working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We booked for 3 nights Our toilet seat was broken, but I’m not picky so I never mentioned anything. There was a kid in the room above us that ran all night long making noise, but I never mentioned anything because I have kids too. I don’t like to complain for silly stuff. Our last night there, we were playing Monopoly in our room (there was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids) In the middle of our game, we received a phone call from the front desk saying that someone had made a noise complaint on us! I don’t believe the front desk even checked to see if we were being loud, they just called and told us to be quiet. The lady that called from the front desk told me “it’s still a hotel” when I explained to her that it’s only 8:30 on a Saturday and I didn’t agree that we was being loud. The rooms close to us, you could hear individuals in there too! The walls and doors are extremely thin! I never said a word! It was disappointing, especially when there was a group of about 10-15 in the front lobby playing games at the tables at the same time and the noise lingered down the hall for at least 2 hours. The indoor pool didn’t even close until 10PM! But we couldn’t play Monopoly in our room?

Bugs in our rooms. No elevators, we had to carry my handicap mother up the stairs. No hot food at breakfast.

When we got there they informed us they cannot receive online reservations. And they wouldn’t give us a room. My debit card was charged $89.13 and we still had to find another hotel

We made our hotel reservation through orbitz and after checking in with our orbitz reservation they decided to charge overcharge our credit card by $65.00 for no reason and we also brought our dog with us which is a $25.00 pet fee and they double charged us the $25.00 pet fee and when I called to resolved the additional $25 pet fee the assistant manager would not tell me when the manager would be in for me to speak with them. We are still waiting for the $65.00 overcharge to be fully refunded which they said they did.

Nice hotel however you can still smell smoke in rooms.

This is not a Baymont it may have a road sign that says Baymont but it is a dirty unclean, unkept ripoff. We looked at our room and immediately turned the key back in and told the clerk to not charge our credit card. We were still charged. Orbitz you should do a better job of making sure that a hotel is up to standards of at least being clean. The bed was sunken in and the windows were so dirty you could not see out. Don't believe me just drive there and see for your self. Orbitz I had to stay at another local hotel, Orbitz you cheated me out of my time and my money, SHAME ON YOU!

I had traveled to lexington fot sn ibterview and decided to play it cheap by staying at Baymont. The check in process was ok, but to my dismay, the facility has no elevators. Next morning found out there was no hot water! Later told me they were out, but they couldn't inform travelers ! Tried to get uber or lyft and no cars were out there! And they had no cab suggestions! Cheap place but u really do get what u pay for

The room was very hot the little small AC unit did not cool the room at all! Their were kids running up and down the hall all night and kicking the doors. The person at the desk was horrible and did nothing! Needless to say we didn't get any type of sleep.

Enjoyed our stay! Will stay there again. Room was clean, comfortable and large. Better than what we expected.

The price was reasonable but the hotel was not very clean. The toilet ran all night. We found change that was left on a counter in our room. The pool was dirty and small.

Warmly greeted upon arrival, and was processed in quickly. A good location that had us staged for the next day's activities. Room was spacious and clean with no shortcomings.

BOOKED THIS TRIP FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY TO ATTEND A FUNERAL. BOOKED TWO ROOMS BOTH WERE FILTHY, CARPET WORN, BATHMAT WAS A TOWEL CUT IN HALF. SMELLED LIKE DOGS HAD STAYED IN ROOM. STAFF ASSURED ME THAT THEY HAD NOT. BORROWED SPRAY FROM FRONT DESK TO SPRAY ROOMS. POOL WAS YELLOW COULD NOT SWIM. NEVER STAY AT A NON QUALITY INN.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The fire alarms kept going off and waking us up the first two nights. No problems the last night. When we were checking out we could not get a receipt, but the clerk said that my print out from you was my receipt. When we checked in my husband used his card, and the clerk swiped it. Why did it not show that we had already paid for our room. We are hoping that we did not get charged twice.
