Please Note:The Annex next door is privately occupied and not part of the holiday let. Please be respectful with noise levels during your stay.

Pets:Do not leave pets unattended inside the property at any time, as barking or whining can disturb the Annex residents.Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the large bin located in the car park.

Rubbish:All waste (including recycling) can go in the large bin in the car park. No need to separate – everything can be placed in the same bin.

Hot Tub:The hot tub is checked and maintained every Monday and Thursday. Our maintenance person may pop in briefly to check and top up the chemicals.
