The place is terrible. And customer service is worse. I cancelled my booking because the first room I was given didn't opened. When they gave me another room, as soon as I opened it, cockroaches started to crawl everywhere. Now that I'm asking for a refund they said that they will charge me one night because it's their policy, and that i should contact the third-party and hung up on me. TERRIBLE!
Way overpriced for our weekend stay and conditions in the room were terrible. The room was unsanitary. The bed spreads were stained and one of them had cuts/slits in it. The dresser was broken and couldn't even open middle drawer. The lamp was bent and shade cut up. There was a black ring around inside of toilet. There was also a smell of smoke even though it was non-smoking. Would not reccommend or ever stay there again.
Asked for new sheets and they didn't have any. The room sheets were dirty with dirty footprints on them.

As soon as we had entered the room it smelled like mildew and mold the bedspreads had all big stains on them there was no door latch on the door the safety latch there toilet was backed up and didn't flush no TV no phone the room was very very dirty curtains were hanging off of the rods it was filthy dirty. And outside of our rooms were four to five men and women sitting on the outside stoop and one person sitting up on their balcony on the ledge and smoking pot it's stunk I would not even bring my stuff in that room we went back to the office and were checked out it was the worst horrible experience of my life and it ruined my whole vacation.
Don’t stay here. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen BY FAR.
It look like a trap hotel
Upon booking site didn’t say they don’t accept online banking or prepaid debit cards for deposit. I’ve never ran into this issue and they refused to refund me. They said I must have a major credit card or major bank debit card such as chase or Bank of America. This hotel isn’t a fancy resort makes no sense
Don't book at this location unless you have zero options. Extremely dirty, sheets were not even clean, we found a bug crawling all over the bed with many more flying inside of the room.
Place is the barely minimum passable for you to just sleep somewhere, but it’s nasty
Nothing, very durty, to be smoke free it smell like smoke horribly, to much money for little service, I even killed about 3 roaches. Disgusting. I wish I had the extra money to have gone to other hotel
No refrigerator or even a small coffee maker in the room in the hot Florida weather is a terrible experience. People smoke wee in the stairwell and the hallways are dirty. To be fair to say, the room is OK/ clean and quiet.
