Rooms were very poor. Didn't look well cleaned at all. Won't be staying here again.

No such continental breakfast. Cleaning service only after 3 nights staying. Their towels older than our country. No coffee maker in the room. You have to ask. Enough?

Nice hotel but free wifi is a gimmick. Have to pay to upgrade to network that is actually functional.

We chose this hotel for a last minute stay, the front desk guy was nice at check in, we got to the room, was tired went straight to bed jumped up out of bed 45 minutes later because my thigh was itching, turned the light on and seen three red big bumps and then I spotted it, the bedbug!!! I screamed and literally dragged my husband out of bed out his sleep ,called the front desk the guy came up said he needed proof I showed him my red bumpy thigh and the bed bug on the bed he said that one looked dead I said yes it's dead I killed it. He was looking for more he didn't find more bedbugs but he found some larva dead all behind the bed disgusting. Said he would move us to another room he became smart toned when I said no way you have bedbugs I want my money back, I was only in the room for one hour. He was saying how he wants to move us far to another room he didn't understand that bedbugs if they are in one room they are everywhere in that hotel. Called orbitZ who have GREAT customer service that's why I always book through them, the customer service guy who was very understanding about the situation called the hotel and they refunded my money back. 2 min. from I-95. Convenient stores and liquor store 2 min away. A regional hospital 4 mins away, Good and friendly staff. Neat room w/ kitchen. Never out of parking space.

Came in was having a emergency, the staff was very friendly checking in and out. Grab to go breakfast was nice. Very enjoyable would stay again.

The bathroom floor had hair from previous guest. I gathered it together outside bathroom door. Went to manager in morning left out for day. Returned that evening late and it was still there. I removed with towel.

You get all the basics here for a great price. There could have been a little more attention paid to cleanliness--few hairs stuck to the phone, some crumbs on the counter--but nothing that completely grossed me out.

Staff of hotel no friendly For clean dish one little you can use for one plate only

I stay at this hotel every week for work and it is mostly due to the delightful people always at the front desk and the very spacious and comfortable rooms. The rooms are not, however, as clean as I would like, so they could improve there for sure

Are you kidding me? We stay at this hotel because it has a kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, toaster....why would the company decide to remove these from the kitchens present in each room? If you know the secret, you can ask and get those things placed BACK in the room, but that makes no sense, is not good customer service, and only makes more work for your very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Let's focus more on getting the housekeeping staff to clean the rooms properly and less on useless, unwelcoming changes. I do like this hotel but cannot recommend to someone looking for an extended stay hotel with kitchenette.

the rooms are quite nice, very spacious with desk area, kitchenette, much better than a typical hotel when you have to be there for numerous nights. More like a small studio apartment and that makes a big difference! Could be a tad cleaner, but I am very picky about that; toilet seats should be replaced as part of the reno. Prices very good when you book with a promotional code!

Me and my fiance stay was Ok on 6/6/14. We had to request another because there were ants in the and for the kitchen there were no paper towels or dish soap. I would think if u had a kitchen the hotel would provide that. The staff is nice.

If you are doing business in the Christiana area and need a basic place to stay with no fluff and a moderate price Homestead is the place for you. The location is the best characteristic of the suite hotel, everything else is very average. The price for a thursday $87 was more than the a little bit more than the hotel was worth. The bed linens were very midiocre.

I have stayed in hotels all over the US and in Europe. Hands down the worst mattress I have ever NOT slept on. Take a door and lay it down on the floor and put a blanket over it and you get the idea. I really don't know what they were thinking when they put these beds in. To make matters worse I tried to use the WIFI on my tablet and then on my phone and couldn't get on. It allows you to put all your info in and then sign in and that's about it. We will definitely not be going back.

I was a participant in a Poker Tournament at the Delaware Park Casino, which is about 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was very clean and also surprisingly quiet. I would recommend this hotel to friend and family. JM

smelled of smoke. It was supposed to be a smoke-free room. Not clean. Will not return.

This place was AWFUL! I don't even know where to start. I arrived at my "suite" and decided to take a nap. I pulled down the covers and found hair in the bed. Head hair, body hair, YUCK! I called the front desk to switch rooms and they argued with me. "It must be a hair from the head of the housekeeper". Not unless she rolled around naked in the bed! They claimed they had no available rooms, even though the place was almost empty. They sent housekeeping up to change the linens. She glared at me and said she didn't see any hair. But at my insistence she changed the sheets. I was supposed to have a suite with a kitchen. What I got was a small room with a stove top, microwave and small fridge. No cookware, no spoons or forks, no dish soap and no dish towel. The room smelled terribly smoky. This place was not cheap! $109/night. The front desk staff never greeted people when they entered. I suggest you spend a couple of extra bucks and stay at a better place.

Stayed here overnight. Good area, easy to find. Room was clean and not noisy. Service was prompt and the receptionist called in to make sure everything was okay. The kitchen was cool; pots and pans were provided along with a frig and stove. Good place for someone on business.
