Baymont Inn & Suites Wilmington

Nice quiet motel. No outside lights shine in when shades are drawn. House keeping and receptionists were very accommodating and considerate. Would definitely recommend the Baymont in Wilmington, NC to others without reservation.

No hot water. Not even Luke warm water. I even reputed room change. New room had no hot water as well

As we were coming into Wilmington for just a night and we booked the day-of, this was convenient. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel itself smelled like urine, was dirty and security seemed to not be of concern. Specifically, doors that should be key lock open only were unlocked.

This hotel is Ok for some perhaps, we were on the 3rd floor where it was suppose to be less noise, but we didn't find that to be true. The air conditioner was noisy and so was outside. The late night staff was friendly, she gave us another room.

The stay was nice and convenient to local attractions.

Our flight out was canceled and we needed to book a room for the night. I chose another hotel.

Our flight out was canceled and we needed to book a room for the night. I chose another hotel.

Very expensive for the experience, uncomfortable mattress, noisy beds, dirty and smelly carpet, shower dripping water the whole night, the sink has only hot water, bad, bad experience. Have to go to my chiropractor when we came back.

We stayed one other time about 4 yrs ago and not much has changed. We requested to not be near an elevator or the door that opens to your floor and we got both. They wouldn't change our room even though we arrived at 5:00. The inside air conditioner was extremely loud! The breakfast was nasty. Everything except make your own waffle was stale and damp. The coffee was gross! The 24 hr. Tea and coffee was not available. Biggest complaint was they wrote don't down my credit card number and exp. date on the paper I signed during checkin. When I checked out they didn't have a receipt and gave me the paper back. I questioned Why they had my credit card number written down And they said it was for any extra charges applied to our room. They said they don't apply a hold on the card when you check in like most hotels do. This is not very smart. The papers were sitting out on a table behind the desk but anyone could write down those numbers and go to town with our information. How unsafe In this day and age! Beaumont needs to read up on identify theft! Upgrade your system and apply the necessary charges then credit the card when guest check out. Also empty the trash cans on the outside decks by the elevators.

The only good thing about this hotel was the continental breakfast that is included, but for the money you pay, it should be a hot breakfast. I booked a 2 night stay & ended up in 2 different rooms. The 1st room was on the 1st floor which is the motel part (meaning the door to the room leads directly outside). The deadbolt on the door didn't work I couldn't comfortably sleep in that room so we moved to the 3rd floor. That room better since it was inside the hotel, but the toilet only worked when it wanted to. Both of the rooms as well as the hallway smelled of mildew. The chair in the 1st room even felt mildewy. When I tried to tell the lady at the front desk about the issues when I checked out, she very rudely dismissed me. I would not suggest anyone pay more than $50/night to stay here.

Was in town to go to USS North Carolina, with family over the July 4th holiday. Close to airport, only a few miles away.

The beds were lumpy night staff was not friendly at all not enough towels or bath cloths good free breakfast clean room

My mother and brother-in-laws came to visit for a few days so I booked them a room close to the highway for convenience sake. Their room was visibly dirty and very dusty behind the furniture and along the floorboards . Obviously, no one takes the time to clean these areas. I hate to even imagine whether the towels and bedding were clean for my loved ones. Management needs to have these rooms clean and sanitary for ALL their guests.

If you are passing through and need a place to stay with your pooch, this place is ok. No extra charges for fito. All floors except top floor are pooch friendly I must admit I would only stay here if I did not want to spend alot of money. The cleanliness of the bedrooms was questionable.

Took my granddaughter to Mark Twains home. Enjoyed the room and convienent to the interstate.

For the price I paid with the 3 nights I stayed, I would have expected a more run down place without any amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to have a cheap room that had a fridge, microwave, wifi, printer downstairs, a good location, and decent breakfast in the morning. I'm always on the hunt for a good deal and you won't be disappointed with this gem. The only thing is the breakfast hours aren't long so get there while it's open!

Staff was helpful. Room was dirty and the bed sheets never got changed nor did the beds every get made.

Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car. The hallways and room smelled so moldy and musty we almost asked for our money back. Everything seemed damp in the room. We only stayed one night so we sleept and got out early. The breakfast wasn't too bad.

The staff was helpful. We could bring our 4 legged baby and had everything we needed. Not a new facility but clean and location was great.

Great experience better then i would imagine. I feel like i paid a goid price definetly recomend and will come back here.
