The room was not in good condition. The grounds were a mess.

Hotel staff was nice but this building is dilapidated and dirty. I can easily see someone canceling after looking at the condition of this establishment. Needs a total restoration. Bathroom is put together ramshackle style, with band-aid fixes put on things to hide the fact that it is old. Once again, the staff was nice. But the building was just very very sketchy.

For under $50/night, you get what you pay for: Bath Towels are rough on the skin. Had to ask for Facial Tissue. The pool is worn out and looks dirty. The A/C seems to need filter cleaned. Queens beds for O.K. Don't count on the "complimentary breakfast." Had to request for a "Do Not Disturb" sign. Available Iron but no Iron Board. Plenty ice available. Very conveniently located near shops, restaurants, attractions, etc. Very pleasant Manager.

The stay was subpar compared to other hotels that I have stayed. To start off, I booked the hotel online, and it was one of the cheaper options that fit in my budget. Upon arrival, the lobby smelled of stale smoke, and I was told that pets are not allowed, which is one of the reasons why I booked at that location since I have mild allergies. However, I noticed several patrons walking their pets in the lobby, and several rooms had cats on the window seal. In addition, the room was not adequately cleaned, the telephone did not work, the toilet did not flush. The property was inhabited by questionable patrons, making me feel unsafe to travel to the front desk to file a complaint. Also, the website advertised free wi-fi which was not working. The property is uninhabitable, and it is a same that their franchise has not been revoked yet. I highly do not recommend staying here.

Everyone was very nice! The room was great for the money! Only thing I could say is that the grounds outside could be kept a little neater. There was trash around the side entrance in the shrubs.

We only stayed at this hotel because of the location and price. The sheets didn't fit the bed. The bed itself is one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. The entire hotel reeked of smoke. The front door that normally requires you to swipe your room key card to get in was broken all night so anyone could have walked in. If you can stay elsewhere, I would.

I thought I had walked into the wrong hotel at first! This hotel was awful It smelled like smoke the min you walked in the door and was filthy. The floors were falling apart and the pool was lime green. I didnt dare even go to look at the breakfast room. I didnt want to even check in and considered leaving the second I arrived. If I did not have someone with me tugging me along I would have. The room was no better than the entrance! I specifically requested a non smoking room. The attendant placed me in a smoking room anyway. When we entered the room we found that it had not been cleaned there was ash everywhere and the smell was unbearable. The attendant was beyond huffy when I went back to change rooms. The second room was not near as bad but not nice enough to give compliment. Someone had urinated in the elevator which we discovered on the way to the third floor. Noone had cleaned it up by the time we checked out. Overall this was by far the worst I have ever seen. This hotel was disgusting!! I am so glad I had brought my own pillows and that this was only a very short stay. I am dissappointed in orbitz for even listing this hotel! It should be taken off! We had a blast at bush gardens and was glad to be out all day! The outlets were lovely as well. I dont recommend trying to have dinner in the local tavern near the collage they are definitely geared for obnoxious college kids. Breakfast at the Gazebo; a local favorite was wonderfull! Great food and great people! It was a couples weekend and the hotel put a damper on that. The attractions are where we spent most of our time, that made up for it... We made the best out of a bad situation but we should not have had to!

when walking into the building, you can smell stinky smell. the room was not as clean as i expected. the breakfast was just cereal and jelly.

I spent the weekend with my husband in williamsburg. The motel location is good, very close to the colonial williamsburg. However, the internet is so poor, I could not even open a webpage.

Don't stay here! When we arrived I was not expecting much but more than this. First off there was no soap or shampoo sample packets which I thought that was standard of any hotel. Bed was stiff as a board and did not get any sleep whatsoever. The phone to call room service didn't even work. It was a Radisson hotel phone guess just there for looks?!? The room was non-smoking and smelled like an ashtray. They had a coffee maker sitting in the room with no coffee. I needed a cot for the room and was charged $10. I would only recommend this hotel if you absolutely have nowhere else to go and need to stay in a half-way home because thats about all its good for. They need to tear it down and THEY say it was recently renovated which is garbage. I can't imagine what it looked like before!

Even though this hotel is only rate as a two star hotel and one cannot expect the Ritz, the pool was unswimmable because of debris, and the Centennial Breakfast was vertically nonexistent. The pool looked as if it had not been cleaned for the season and yet our stay was in mid-July! Also, the general first impression that the guess gets can be greatly improved by replacing the badly worn and soiled carpets.

Htl smelled like smoke .

Service was very good and freindly, room was clean. The walls must be thin - heard the TV next door late into the night - glad I brought ear plugs. There were also a few trains nearby. Beds were hard. Breakfast was very basic - cold cereal and coffee, some toast - that's it. But if you need a cheap place to stay and be very near Willamsburg/Busch Gardens - this will do the trick.

This hotel was very old and noisy at night. The hallways were hot and so was the elevator. Any hotel that has that many students living there is out of the question for me again. All night long it was noisy on a Sunday night! The bathroom was tiny.

Thiis was a last minute trip and was happy to be able to d=find a hotel available, little did I knwo that it was available because no one wanted to stay there. The hotel was so dirty that as we walked in to check in there were roaches all over the place. The "pool" was not only dirty but it looked corroded with bacteria, and that was just from glancing over. Once we got our rooms the elevator was so old I didnt think we were going to make it up there. The room was smelly and hot, they dont turn the aair on for some reason. We found dead roaches all over. The bathroom walls were so bad that we didnt even want to touch them and the shower curtain was corroded with fungus. The towels were stained and very old. The next morning my family and I woke up with numerous bed bug bites and thats when the flag went up. We wanted to leave, we pleased with the manager and expplained outr horrible experience and she refused to refund us. We lost our money but we eneded uip booking another hotel, with safer and sanitary conditions. I must say that I am in the military and must say that Ive stayed in my share of hotels but this one was soo bad that I will never go back to a hotel with this name.

When we first pulled into the driveway we immediately decided we couldnt stay here just on the appearance of the outside. It looked like something out of the ghetto. Granted we wanted a cheap room for the night the website definatly made this hotel out to be something it isnt. It looks like a pay by the hour hotel and honestly thats exactly the type of people they had there. Our room was filthy we didnt even sleep under the covers. The toilet seat was broken, the shower had numerous types of hair in it that def were not mine or my husbands. The carpet was stained and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned. I had the worst sleep because the room we were in had an adjoining room that the guests next to us kept opening and trying to open ours, luckily it was locked!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE pay a few extra bucks to stay at a nicer place.

Our first room had a mini refrigerator that was so full of frost it was unusable. Instead of replacing the frig, we were assigned another room. The second room had a non-working microwave, a toilet that wouldn't fill up and a broken toilet seat.

Trip was business related. I only needed a place to sleep. And that's what I got. Staff was courteous and helpful. Floor coverings were dated, as were bedding and bath accessories. But I got an above average experience for the rate I paid. I would stay again if my needs were the same. But, not with family. My room had fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, iron and board which were nice amenities. Lighting could have been better. And room size was adeguate for 2 persons, but no more.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was small. Staff friendly. Bathroom was dirty.
