Was a good value stay at the last minute...would stay again.

Not bad. Good food. Nice staff. But the shower was terrible because it flowed onto the floor and into the room. Had to call for service.

Really excellent set up for dog friendly rooms. However, it would be nice to have key card entry to the back door, which is the easiest way to take dogs for walks from that corridor. Hotel was right in the middle of some great restaurants and things to do in the area.

This was a good spot for us, large room with breakfast included, on US 60 Bypass not far from the Williamsburg Visitor Center. Fat Tuna, a bit over a mile toward the west, was an excellent dinner choice.

The staff was great, but we were disappointed that the gym equipment wasn't working and it was too cold to exercise outdoors. The first room we were in had a cracked sink and there was a sopping wet spot in the hallway that made us nervous about possible mold problems. It was wet the entire time we were there(3 days!) Good breakfast, but they definitely need to update some more!!

We had a nice stay with our family this weekend. Check in was easy, rooms were well kept and breakfast was good.

We stayed at this property recently when travelling to the area to visit Colonial Williamsburg. The location was ideal and the hotel was comfortable. The WiFi was a bit slow in the evening (too many users) but was quick enough in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again if we returned to the Williamsburg area.

Breakfast was nice, room was clean. I would stay there again.

For the money it was ok, if it had cost more then I would have changed my ratings.

Stayed fri. & sat. night . Shower was ok sat. AM but on sun. AM the water never got hot. There were alot of people there. Free breakfast was good ,except for the coffee.

bathroom too small, one in it at a time, good location....not too many good place to eat near Inn.

Family friendly hotel, great value and great location if visiting Williamsburg, Busch Gardens or Water Country USA. Staff was great. I accidentally booked a King size instead of 2 queen. Realizing my mistake after entering the room, I went back and asked for a 2 queen and I was immediately given one. I thank the staff on duty. Otherwise, one of our family member would have slept on floor. I would book this hotel room again.

Never stayed at a hotel that allowed pets. I will not do that again. There was only one person at front desk at 3:00PM allowed check-in time. It was a line. The hallways smelled horrible. It was a humid rainy day and every odor imaginable surfaced. I went to the store a purchased Frebreeze and Air Freshener. Would have been embarrassed to invite someone to visit. New Hotel, new renovations, same old structure, needs a better overhaul. Parking was a headache with a handicap person. Why would you have handicap parking on a slope?

The hotel room was so delightful that we didn't want to leave in the morning. The rooms felt very fresh and clean. The beds were so comfortable that I asked the manager for the name of the bed so that I can buy it one day. The only downside of staying at this hotel is that the wireless Internet was not super fast.

This hotel was fantastic!!! You got exactly what you paid for along with a very friendly staff. The front desk was willing to assist with anything we asked for and always with a smile. Housekeeping kept our room fresh and delightful for our whole stays. We were less than 5 minutes away from colonial Williamsburg! The only thing that I disliked was the bathroom was a little smaller than Im used to seeing. Over all I give this place a thumbs up.

Stayed for a night for a race in a nearby town. Comfortable beds and near to everything.

great value! great location close to all attractions

This was my first stay at a Quality Inn, bit I found it fit my needs perfectly. Check in was quick, the room was clean and spacious, and there was a free breakfast that matched what I have had from other establishments like the Hampton Inn. The location was also excellent. The Quality Inn sits a short way down the road from Colonial Williamsburg and in the general area of many shops and restaurants. I would suggest this to all but the most persnickety of travelers. It's a great, inexpensive option to those just wanting a place to rest for the next days adventure.

Easy in, easy out, nice staff, nice room, good breakfast, great location.

Over the past five years I've stayed at 6 or 7 different motels in Williamsburg. I wish I had started with this one and it would have been the only one I would have stayed with. Good location, comfortable room and beds, very clean, great breakfast.
