The room was spacious, beds comfortable and the continental breakfast good with a variety of breakfast foods. The room, bathroom and sink area showed some wear and tear but we didn't go there to stay in the room but to visit Williamsburg. The staff was very friendly. We will stay there again for sure!

Good value. Clean rooms.Would recommend. Good location to shopping and restaurants.

It was nice, clean and very close to busch gardens. I would recommend.

First time I stayed at an EconoLodge, pleasantly surprised by the value, location and amenities. Beds comfortable, rooms clean, staff friendly, breakfast included. They even had a snack packs at counter when checking in. Overall good experience.

As you pull in you will see this hotel is well maintained and looks gorgeous with a huge beautiful pool and area. Vinny is the owner and a very hardworking man. My son enjoyed the breakfast and there was an attendant and nice dining room. Beds were fairly comfortable and my son got a cushy blanket. Tv worked great. Wifi worked most of the time. The only cons I found was hair in bathroom, bathroom light flashes off and on. Phone doesn't work nor clock, dust in light fixtures, and we had a smokey smell in a nonsmoking room.

This was the cheapest hotel for the weekend otherwise I don't think I would have stayed. The room wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Plenty of space but in need of some TLC. The location is perfect for resting in betwen fun at the parks but there are nicer hotels down the road if you can find the right price.

Nice staff. Room was very clean. Very pleased for the amount paid. Look forward to returning soon.

Nice inexpensive motel. stayed here 2 nights when we went to Busch Gardens. Overall very good and it included breakfast

We were really surprised with the quality of our room, for the rate we paid. For 55.00 dollars the room wass very clean and the hotel was about two miles from Colonial Williamsburg. There were also several places to eat within walking distance we had dinner at the peking buffet behind the inn. They had everything from sushi to fried rice and mongolian grill. I will certainly stay here again. PS The beds were to die for!!

* Staff day/night the entire length of our stay was FANTASTIC! *arrived at the hotel around 10pm to find no available parking near our room. *Upon walking up to our room there were 6-8 people blocking entry to our room (they were from the next room) They were sitting outside on the walkway drinking beer, smoking cigarettes & smoking other types of things. Their music was loud, Their conversation was loud & rude. My 10yr old daughter did not need to hear the "F" word 5 times during the time it took us to open the door. Those people were there the first 2 nights of our stay. Complained to front desk - nothing was done. I have pictures if you would like to see the "mystery" stains on the comforter & floors

We stayed here for one night as a stop over. We were greeted by the friendly staff who answered all of our questions (they gave great dinner recommendations!). Rooms were clean and spacious - enough for our family of four. Breakfast was wonderful - great variety. The Belgian waffles were the best! I'll definitely stay here again!

I had booked a king size bed, arrived at check in time, 3pm, and my room wasnt ready so they said to come back in an hour at which point they told me I would have to sleep in a room with 2 double beds, which was fine, things happen. There was vomit on the floor so I got another room with 2 double beds.. that one was at least clean. The last night we transferred to the room with a king, what a world of difference. The room was clean and nice, finally what we had asked for. The Free breakfast was okay, alot of waiting in line for waffles... I wouldn't stay their again but you get what you pay for.

Very nice. Great location

The first room we were given had a noisy AC unit, but once we alerted the front desk we were immediately switched to another room with no problems. Breakfast items ran out both Saturday and Sunday mornings, but we didn't get down to eat until after 9am each morning. I'm sure if you went before you would have a full selection of items. Brought my dog and they were extremely accomodating, and they will not go into the room if you are not there with your pet which eased my mind about him escaping if the door was opened while I was away. Mini-golf next door is alot of fun, and Busch Garden's was only 10 minutes away. Overall, I feel I got a nice room for the money.

Hotel was very noisy. Internet description described full breakfast including sausage but did not include it (did have waffles). No daily paper or cookies as described on website. Gutters leaked.

The hotel was in a nice location, beds were comfortable and the wireless internet worked but that was all. The room was too small for a family of 4. The room wasn't cleaned before we got there because I found dirty underwear near the ironing board, the tub was dirty and the sink had hair in it. The advertisement for the breakfast bar was misleading or maybe I misunderstood. I didn't expect to cook my own waffles nor did I expect to microwave sausages from a freezer. We ate out for breakfast instead of eating what they provided. We were disappointed with the hotel once we got there so we stayed away from it as much as possible. My family and I come to Williamsburg every year to shop, dine, and relax.

The room appeared very nice and clean until someone went to use the bathroom. The toilet moved when you sat on it and sounded like someone had fallen. It was very embarassing because we took my daughter's friends with us. I can only imagine what they said to their parents about the room we stayed in. There was an envelop on the dresser with the housekeeper's name, I guess for a tip. I left her a tip that she needed to clean the bathroom better and she would have know there was a problem with the toilet. It didn't even flush without us having to fix the flusher! They were also unorganized when we went to check in, they didn't know if the room was ready or not, we were less than 5 minutes early of check in time.

We got an upgrade to a king bedroom which had a microwave and refrigerator in it. That was nice to have and the bed was very comfortable. The price was reasonable.

the hotel was nice, the room was clean and simple. the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was ok...

Good location for downtown and Colonial Williamsburg, but there were plenty of other hotels on the strip. I think this used to be a LaQuinta, but they must have sold it.Outside of hotel looked like a slightly run-down motor lodge. Rooms were tiny and did not look like photos. The bathroom was dirty with dirty footprints in the bathtub when we arrived. Our reservation stated that the room included HBO, but it was not available. Several electrical outlets did not work. No apologies from staff for any of this, including broken toilet seat and hairdryer, although they were fixed promptly. We would have checked out the next morning, but we couldn't get a refund on the other 2 nights. Pool looked OK, but we didn't use it. It seems that this hotel relies on its location to draw customers,so, possibly, the owners don't feel that they have to keep the place in good condition.
