The Space:

This spacious 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 15 guests. It features two master suites, each with a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the oversized back patio. Another guest bedroom has a king bed with a closet, while a fourth bedroom includes a queen bed with a full closet. The fifth bedroom has two bunk beds with three full-size mattresses and one twin, comfortably sleeping up to seven teenagers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a propane range cooktop, oven & microwave combo, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker (K-cups & coffee pot available, coffee not provided). The game room features a foosball table, ping pong, and a basketball competition game for added entertainment.

Winter Heating



During the winter months, temperatures can drop significantly. Do not turn off the thermostat or set it below 55°F. Freezing temperatures can cause the water pipes to freeze, resulting in no running water. Before checking out, please ensure the thermostat is set to heat mode and at least 55°F.
