Small rooms with comfortable beds. Frig in the room but MW and Ice Mach in unused guest room a few doors down. A/C worked and TV was fine. Wife had bad experience downtown walking to coffee shop with local, would not walk alone day or night.
They had the cutest little gift shop and hot breakfast. Perfect location the staff at the gift shop was so helpful
Clean, updated, nice furnishings and no maintenance issues. All ground level. Proper breakfast included. Minor complaint is creaky floor boards, but no biggie.

The Downtownwe in Williams Arizona is a gem. The room was very clean & well taken care of. The staff was helpful and efficient. The Downtowner is close to all shopping & dining & you can walk the town easily. We love this small Route 66 town and you will to.
Have stayed here twice while visiting Williams. Walking distance to all the shops, cute, remodeled rooms. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely chose the Rodeway Inn again.

The people at the hotel were very friendly and let us check in a little early which was perfect. It is centrally located and even though the room was a little smaller than we anticipated, it was clean and the bed was amazing!! We slept so good and having little chairs set up outside each room was nice too, we could go outside and enjoy the weather and cool air.

Good location. Friendly and helpful stuff. Clean room. Problems with water infrastructure (slow-drain sink and just a barely warm shower). Very good breakfast. Mixed results, but for this price it's quite adequate.

Motel with very clean and updated rooms, walking distance from everything. The downtown is fun! The continental breakfast did not offer much, but we thought that was ok for the price.
It is in a great location and the room is nice. However, the bed takes up most of the room and when we moved a piece of furniture we found old cereal under it. I think the cleanliness could be a little better.
