    😪

Unfortunately we checked in and quickly out, the pub you walk into to get to the accommodation smelt of wet dogs. We got to check in and was handed a tv remote and key and they said 'do you know where it is' just to be directed through the smoking area towards some accomodation that looked very run down, very old fashioned, smelled of damp, the door appeared like it should have been on a shed. The light was very dim, it felt like a 70s horror movie set. We had originally booked a 2 night stay, checked in and out quickly to an alternative accomodation. Only recieved one nights stay refund 😪 so the trip ended up costing a third too much, definetly not worth the money, could not be paid to sleep there.

Beds are really uncomfortable. Pillows and duvets are knackered. You can see daylight through the door gaps, I wouldn't fancy staying in the winter. Inn advertises food being served on website but had nothing to offer when I arrived.

Terrible service & awful nights sleep

Very loud pub which I had to wonder into to find someone to check in with. No signs for the hotel or rooms etc anywhere. Upon “check in” the bar person just practically threw the keys and a remote at me and said “you know where the rooms are?”. The rooms were (thankfully) located outside of the pub and were clean, but this did not help much with the noise of the signing from pub. The bed was also very small & creaked wherever you moved and there is/was loud bells that went off every 15 mins ALL NIGHT. I needed to check out at 7.30am and the pub was all locked up with no sign of anyone anywhere, I eventually found a letterbox in a side door & has to posted the keys in & hope they found them.
