Clean and offers good breakfast. Free coffee and tea inside the rooms. Free wifi too and accessible to restaurants and other walking distance attraction. Room designs are modern and bed is comfortable.
I was a little dissapointed that nothing really special was offered with my Platinum card. The restaurant was also quite expensive, but the service there was good. Also Wifi worked well and the pool was nice......
I stayed here as part of a tour. Location wise it isn't good. Few restaurants or shops in the vicinity and most closed on Sunday. Which wouldn't be a problem if the hotel was any good. It isnt. The rooms are shabby and you are allocated one minute pillow each (see picture). There is a kettle on the room but no coffee tea or milk. So unless you are partial to hot water it's of little use. Service is abysmal. On a Saturday night the bar was closed and food took an age to arrive in the restaurant.1.5 hours for 2 courses. I gave up on the third course. This is because there were only 3 staff on duty. Starter was tomato soup and main was chicken carrots and boiled potatoes. Unexciting and unappetizing. On Sunday lunchtime everybody seems to eat at the petrol station because again the hotel can't provide a service.
We stayed here at the last stop of our 16 day tour around Central Europe. Check in was simple and fast. Staff were friendly. The rooms were quite nice and the restaurant food was great for a moderate price. We were even allowed to check out late (1:30pm) due to our flights not being until 10pm. A bit far from town but at the end of our journey we couldn't really care to go into town.
Nice hotel good value for price although little further from station then what is stated on the website . Good value for price and nice stay , staff friendly and helpful and allowed watch my bags and return before left for airport
Staying for business so it was really only important that the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable with a good choice on both hot and cold buffet, and even the pool was a bonus if a little gloomy. I was able to sleep well and will happily return.
The hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment. The wifi is intermittent. The bed is uncomfortable and I was only given one very poor quality pillow (there was a second in the wardrobe but it was also very poor quality). But the final straw was definitely the terrible customer service I experienced when I was checking out - i had not added any additional costs to my room (such as breakfast) yet the final bill had an additional €30 that was not on my booking confirmation. I didn't understand this extra charge - the manager claimed this was the correct room rate and that I should take the issue up with the third party website I had booked the hotel on! She told me that the hotel should not have to lose out on the extra €30 and that I should pay the extra amount. I'm not sure if there were cultural differences here, but to me that is simply atrocious customer service. She eventually knocked off this mystery additional cost, but the damage had already been done. I will never stay at this hotel again.
The rooms are small, with low ceilings, the bathroom even smaller, almost no one is inside. I stayed two days and I have not even changed the towels. The tv has no Italian channel. The very small bed had only one very small and very low pillow. All for a price over 200 euro per night !!!
I had arrived in Frankfurt via an overnight flight from the US and had hoped the hotel could allow an early check-in. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in at 9 AM. My room is fairly small but as expected for a single. It has been very quiet and comfortable for my stay three nights. I have enjoyed breakfast each morning in the hotel restaurant. Initially they charge was to be 18 euros which was a bit expensive so when I declined it was discounted to 12 which was fair. Excellent and attentive staff and room cleaning is well done.
Was on a packaged tour group and stayed over for 2 consecutive nights. Perhaps rooms in Frankfurt are really expensive, we were put up in this neighborhood-town. Definitely my room x04 was a junior suite. Previous reviewer photo showing floorplan is self explanatory - rooms 04, 05 are wider than the rest on the same side whereas room 06 which housed my other family members had a balcony! Hotel would have water works project as the taps turned on blasted rusty water. Located beside hotel is a giant supermarket, opened till 2200hours daily. Breakfast is continental and very basic. I shall put a disclaimer that mine was a hosted private meeting room. Cannot comment on the usual breakfast fare under bed & breakfast rates booked at this Accor hotel. Walked from hotel to nearest train (bahn) station was a breeze. Cross the road, head down 3 streets. Easily accessible to Frankfurt in about 30mins ride. Train frequency is every 30mins. Fare is less than €5 each way. Toilets are in the basement and none on the ground. To summarize, this is a business hotel rather than leisure purpose.
