I stayed in a deluxe room. Internet was spot on. Never had a single issue. While it wasn’t fast speeds, it was incredibly consistent and provided just enough speed that it was competitively viable for gaming. The stay is comfortable, with a nice bed, nice bath/shower, and daily housekeeping. Some lights weren’t working properly in the two rooms I stayed in and the showers seemed awkward to control. Our first one was broken, but after moving rooms, I caught them repairing it the very next day. The downstairs restaurant is great when they’re on their game. Although it felt incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes we wouldn’t get our food and told we never ordered, or we’d get different proportions every time. Consistently the food would arrive around 45 minutes later. Once again, it for sure was worth the food though. Still a beautiful scene with amazing floor staff. The reception for the hotel was inconsistent as well. Seems like a lot depends on what the staff individually wanted to do that day. We had some reception who would be kind enough to bring up our food ordered online, but other days we’re told “We are not allowed to do that.” Then the very next day it’s brought up without even asking. Another moment with reception was that we would frequently reserve the downstairs restaurant with the front desk of the hotel on the phone, but one staff said “we don’t do that.” When that’s how you are supposed to reserve. Overall a great stay, but a bit inconsistent.
