The property was not in good shape, it had a peculiar odor throughout, the pictures and the lobby were decorated in this gaudy, awful but colorful bordello style. The toilet handle was broken and didn't flush properly, the hallway didn't look very clean but the room was satisfactory. I'd not stay there again; I went for inexpensive booking there and it was a BIG mistake.
Room had drywall patches all over the place. Bathroom ceiling was rusting on the drop ceiling metal framing. No maintenance on this room.
The flashing stribe light outside the window.was very distracting and annoying
The whole building smelled, was dirty, cigarette ash in the bathroom, burns in the sheets, mold in the sink, didn’t feel comfortable using the shower with how gross it was.
There is upkeep that needs to be taken care of.
Staff is extremly nice
It was a nice room but said nonsmoking and it smelled of cigarettes to the point it made it hard to breathe. We had to open the windows which made the room hot. Another hotel we stayed at coming and going only had smoking available but we couldn’t tell there was no cigarette odors at all! Maybe air filters could help
Though the staff were friendly, the hotel reeked of smoke, as a non-smoker this really stood out! They allow pets, so if you're wanting to get a good nights rest, prepare for the barking and doors slamming during the night, assume it's from the owners having to take their dog out during the night. Breakfast was ok, waffles, fruit, juices, cereal, what seems to be the norm, ok!
The hotel staff was freindly and accommodating. The hotel is pretty dated but not bad for the money.
I liked the complimentary breakfast and how they cleaned my room everyday. They should do that but you’d be surprised how some hotels don’t. Everyday fresh towels and a made day definitely put a smile on me and my families face.
