I've stayed at the hotel on Norwalk and it was wonderful. But this time I got to experience staying at the Greenleaf location and it was horrible. The room stinker, the bathroom and sink were in different places. The door was all scratched up. And the bed made weird noises when I would turn.

I travel a fair amount for work. I booked four nights here assuming I would experience The Hilton standard by spending a little more. I was very disappointed that the TV in my room continually lost the signal or provided a mosaic picture. I had this conversation three days in a row with the front desk . Each time I was promised they would remedy the problem or change out the TV. It never happened. After the third day of inquiry, they offered to buy my breakfast the next day. I wasn't looking for a breakfast, I simply wanted to watch some TV. I even asked if I could speak with a manager. I was given a name and an extension, but he never returned my call. All I can do is vote with my dollar, so I would not recommend this hotel.

Strange stains on carpet??? Had to change rooms because of bad air conditioner. Room service was terrible. I called and waited two hours, then checked out. Never showed up. Told this to front desk and was ignored. No thanks

My bathroom had no tub, I went in with my gf, thinking we could take a bath together instead we stood in the ADA bathroom. It was okay. Other then that it was great!

We only stayed one night, but room was clean, staff was friendly, nice pool! Happy I stayed there with my kids!

I wanted to find a hotel not in LA and not in downtown due to the traffic therefore I came across the Radisson and booked for the first time. I was very satisfied with my stay! I liked how it was close to many fast food and did not mind the travels to LA downtown at all.

Carpet was dirty. A bug wa crawling on the ceiling. The window was half open and there was no bug screen for the window.

You literally have hundreds of other choices. It may be updated inside, but they have no clue about customer service. Unfortunately, our room had paper thin walls. The man next door actually woke me up at 5am with his alarm. I could here my neighbor speaking on his phone at 6:30am. Upon returning that evening the music was blaring into the lobby from the nightclub. That is fine, but when we got upstairs to our room, we could still hear the loud bumping of the music. I called down to the front desk and they said the music goes until 1 to 1:30am. Really at a hotel where people pay you to sleep. The next evening which was Saturday, it was the same story with different music. The music played well past midnight. The club business is not conducive with sleeping. This all really left me with a small window to sleep and relax during my vacation. I literally paid to sleep, and this is what you give us? Clearly they care more about money than customers.

Wonderful hotel and, staff! Just the tub was getting blogged with water they attempted to fix it but it wasn't a big deal! Overall, it was great!!!

The room was very nice. They had sleep number beds which were cool to try out. Our first room was right by the elevators and a little noisy so we called down to see if another room was available. One was and the lady at te reception desk was kind enough to bring the key up to us so we just had to walk down a few doors. The staff was very nice and professional.

Nicest hotel in Whittier. Quiet, clean, comfortable with helpful friendly staff. Lots of travel groups stay at this hotel nevertheless fast attendance to individual travelers. Convenient parking.

i stayed her for 2 night business trip. The neighborhood is good close to shops, stores, restaurants. The hotel it self is clean, friendly workers and accommodating to customers.

Loved that they had the different events happening over the weekend (wish some of the bands that played weren't quite so loud. We were over the courtyard and it sounded like a rave outside). The staff was all very helpful and kind to us. The location was amazing for getting around - and loved the downtown area we could walk to and explore. Would definitely go back again.

A great value, as hotel is near many attractions. Room was clean and roomy.

I think this hotel is one of the nicer ones in the area. Very close to uptown Whittier so you can walk to restaurants and bars. Quiet at night.

We needed to book a few rooms at the last minute for a funeral. All the usual travel sites displayed the same rates, but the extra savings on one particular travel and the ease of making changes here and there made it worthwhile to book through that site - starts with an O ends with a z.

Stayed here because it is one of the pickup hotels for our Las Vegas and Grand Canyon trip. When we opened the door we were shocked to see one king bed for the four of us! Went back to reception but was informed that no other room was available but luckily there was one last pull out bed available. When we finally settled in we discovered there was not a single trash can in the room! Later, we discovered there wasn't any TV remote either! Then, when we started to prepare for bed we discovered that the airconditioning unit was leaking. After a complaint was lodged, somebody came to fix it, but in the middle of the night it started to leak again! It was so bad that it felt like it was raining and had to pull away the pull out bed. But we decided not to report it again as we were not ready to accept 'visitors' at that time of the night.

First time in LA. Wanted good accommodations in safe area of town...convenient to San Diego for day trip but also to LA attractions....overall, the Radisson exceeded our expectations.

Very pleased all the way around. The sleep comfort beds were a very nice touch.

Arrived tired first night with 6 bags and children no one helped us to get the bags to the room, had to go down to reception twice to ask for new set of keys cause the ones they gave us could not open the door. reserved a two bed room and they gave us a single bed one, they said that there are small letters in the request form saying that the hotel cannot be responsible of room availability, there was the only room available take it or leave it. My bed had blood stains (i got the pictures) and the AC made horrible noise no one could sleep (i video recorded it), They chanced us to a new room the next day, when we came back in the evening at 23:30 the AC of the room stopped working it was completely frozen, it had a block of ice inside (got picture of it), went to the counter desk they changed the room for second time at 23:45. The hotel gave us apologies and breakfast coupons, asked for hot chocolate for breakfast, after drinking half of it i realize that there was lipstick marks in the glass and i was not wearing any lipstick (got picture of that) the Chinese lady that attend us told that we were having breakfast with coupons, so i replied that that was not a reason to give me a drink on a dirty glass. Went back to the counter desk with the glass, one of the managers told us that they were going to give us the next two days free cause all the inconveniences, when we made the check out they told us that that was not possible because our reservation was made through a third party and they could not make the prize adjustment. When arrived home got an email where the hotel charged my credit card 2 transactions and we did not consumed anything in the hotel or asked for any special service, had to call my bank to stop the transaction..... The staff was polite and educated I do not recommend this hotel
