Location, location, location! Just steps off Chipmunk run at the base lodge, you can’t get better ski in/out. The property was spacious and our party of 9 had plenty of space. The property is beautiful with nice furnishings and beautiful Native American art. The bed in the primary was quite comfortable. The fireplace in the living room really warms you up and helps dry ski gear after a day on the mountain. The kitchen appliances have seen better days. We had trouble getting burners to light on the stove, but it got the job done. Pots and pans need replaced but again, they got the job done. The property was surface clean but needs a deep cleaning to address dusty blinds, dirty windows, cobwebs on light fixtures, headboards, etc and hard water spots on shower glass. There is carpet in all the en suites, but it did appear clean. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and while these things need addressed, I was not uncomfortable. The hot tub was perfect for sore muscles after a day in the mtn. There was an issue with the hot tub but management addressed it quickly. Management also fulfilled a request for extra towels and washcloths, were easy to contact and responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely come back!
