Our stay was very good. The room was large and spacious with sofa and chair and comfortable. Look for sign behind Army Navy store, not easily visible.

The staff were sooooo nice and pleasant. The facility was clean and well maintained. I was the perfect place to use as the base of our visit to the Glacier National Park.

The hotel was decent and had some nice amenities. However, for the price, I've stayed at hotels with as many amenities and more comfortable beds for about $30 cheaper. I know $30 doesn't sound like much, but that's dinner for my family. Other than price, it was a nice stay.

I made a reservation for 3 nights beginning Sept. 9. When we arrived on that day I was told that the reservation was for 3 nights beginning Sept 8 and since we were a no show I was charged one night and the rest were cancelled. My confirmation clearly showed the 9th for check in. The were full and the clerk made no effort to resolve the problem, was rude and made no attempt to help. We went to motel across the parking lot and while they were also sold out she got on the phone and hunted down a room for us. She was wonderful. Id like my money back

It would have been nice to know in advance that the pool was shut down for renovations ahead of time. I was moved to a different room even though my original room was still available. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the conversations going on in the next room.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Bummed that the waterslide had to be removed.

Awesome staff, clean, comfortable. I miss the water slide!!!

The room was comfortable and there was free internet for checking on things, a breakfast and the beds were comfortable. I chose this hotel for the indoor swimming pool but it didn't look very inviting and there was construction tape around it. Would I go back, probably.

Just a short drive into Whiefish and a great selection of places to eat. The staff is very frendly and have a great attitude. I will say the place is very hard to find as the sign is small and the hotel is behind the army navy store. Would stay again

The best thing I can say about this hotel was one of the really pleasant staff members. At check-in, that lady wasn't knowledgeable about our reservation (we'd paid in advance, and she insisted that we hadn't paid yet - that was aggravating, especially at 2am when we finally arrived). My mom didn't like that there is no elevator, but did like that they had a hot breakfast.

This hotel was very nice. It is a little far from Glacier National Park but it was worth the drive. Very clean and comfortable.

I was iimpressed with the friendlyservice. Convenient andcomfortable.

First, this property is difficult to find. The sign is small and the motel is situated behind a retail store. That said, it was a short drive into the downtown area where we found two very good restaurants. A slighty longer drive away was a larger metro area offering some of the big box stores, shopping malls and a wide variety of services. Staff members were friendly. One in particular went out of her way to help us. Our room and the common areas smelled of body odor. I can't imagine the last time the carpets had been cleaned. Bath linens were fresh and fluffy. Bed linens were wrinkled but tolerable. There were several broken-down cars, one of which was without tires, parked in the back lot of the motel. This did not inspire confidence in the management of the hotel. The pool area, which had a big water slide, was a popular, crowded place . The property boasted two hot tubs but neither was in working order. The complimentary breakfast was good with fresh fruit and a nice assortment of cereal, bread, etc. All-in-all, this is not a property I'd stay at again primarily because it's not clean.

friendly staff, good breakfast, not fancy but clean

The room was spacious but dark. More and/or biger lamps would have been nice.

after a long drive, this was a convenient location before entering glacier park the next day. if you are visiting the park for more than a day, find a place to stay in the park.

Booked two rooms (one a suite) for 3 adults and 4 kids. The suite made a good "hang out" place for all of us. Location relative to Glacier Park is good. Breakfast was adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was my least favorite, and not the least expensive. It was decent; room was clean and breakfast was alright. But the general feel of the hotel was just...okay. Not bad for the price, but probably won't be staying there again.

We stayed overnight at the hotel in part of a soccer tournament in nearby Kalispell. Rooms clean, breakfast bar. Slide with pool only wish it was open later it did close at 9 which disappointed the boys.

We met friends from Chicago arriving by train. Weather precluded us from cross country skiing as planned, but the hotel offered an alternative - low cost passes to the Wave, a lovely athletic facility. The hotel was very helpful in sorting out a reservation glitch & in providing extended stay for our friends at less than the rate for another full day. The hot breakfast fare left something to be desired. Great restaurant recommendations.
