This hotel was very close to town and was a very convenient all around location. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were good. Currently they are a bit short staffed, but we didn't feel we were shorted on anything. We would definitely book here again in the future. Room was clean, and mostly quiet.
The room smelled musty, and we could not open the window because it was broken. This is a motel where rooms have both an interior door and exterior door, and our exterior door keycard did not work. We alerted the front desk staff twice, and they kept telling us that maintenance will change the battery, but they never did. Also, there was long hair all over the bathroom floor, and the entire place seemed dirty. This is a dark, dingy hotel with unhealthy breakfast food. It was very disappointing--but the bed was fine, and that's all we needed after a long day of hiking Glacier National Park. It is not the type of hotel you want to spend time in.
Construction going on on 2 floors. Finished rooms (?) not fully appointed. Staff unconcerned !
Upon entering into the hotel, the receptionist and other patrons were unmasked. There was a note from Baymont stating that they ask all patrons to wear masks. That line was crossed out in pen. The carpets were dirty, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned well in...who knows how long. The rooms were decently clean. For $300 a night this was highly disappointing.
Housekeeping failed to clean our room even after requesting it
We only stayed for the one night, but were very pleased with everything from check-in to checkout. Sadly we didn't have time to use their pool.
Nice little hotel close to the beach. This hotel is nothing special but if you want a clean, affordable sleep while you enjoy Whitefish, then this is the place.
The staff greeted us and checked with us on the room choice (downstairs with door leading to parking lot and another door leading into the hotel hallway). Very comfortable room for my mother and me. Bathroom well laid out as well. enjoyed the motel and hotel feel. Great Refrigerator in the room -- bigger than usual so I could freeze my cooler ice blocks. Breakfast was tasty and appreciated the choices (eggs and other protein). Good breakfast.
Our stay was very good. The room was large and spacious with sofa and chair and comfortable. Look for sign behind Army Navy store, not easily visible.
The staff were sooooo nice and pleasant. The facility was clean and well maintained. I was the perfect place to use as the base of our visit to the Glacier National Park.
The hotel was decent and had some nice amenities. However, for the price, I've stayed at hotels with as many amenities and more comfortable beds for about $30 cheaper. I know $30 doesn't sound like much, but that's dinner for my family. Other than price, it was a nice stay.
I made a reservation for 3 nights beginning Sept. 9. When we arrived on that day I was told that the reservation was for 3 nights beginning Sept 8 and since we were a no show I was charged one night and the rest were cancelled. My confirmation clearly showed the 9th for check in. The were full and the clerk made no effort to resolve the problem, was rude and made no attempt to help. We went to motel across the parking lot and while they were also sold out she got on the phone and hunted down a room for us. She was wonderful. Id like my money back
It would have been nice to know in advance that the pool was shut down for renovations ahead of time. I was moved to a different room even though my original room was still available. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the conversations going on in the next room.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Bummed that the waterslide had to be removed.
Awesome staff, clean, comfortable. I miss the water slide!!!
The room was comfortable and there was free internet for checking on things, a breakfast and the beds were comfortable. I chose this hotel for the indoor swimming pool but it didn't look very inviting and there was construction tape around it. Would I go back, probably.
Just a short drive into Whiefish and a great selection of places to eat. The staff is very frendly and have a great attitude. I will say the place is very hard to find as the sign is small and the hotel is behind the army navy store. Would stay again
The best thing I can say about this hotel was one of the really pleasant staff members. At check-in, that lady wasn't knowledgeable about our reservation (we'd paid in advance, and she insisted that we hadn't paid yet - that was aggravating, especially at 2am when we finally arrived). My mom didn't like that there is no elevator, but did like that they had a hot breakfast.
This hotel was very nice. It is a little far from Glacier National Park but it was worth the drive. Very clean and comfortable.
