Stayed here for four nights. The room was very clean and tidy. The front desk was helpful for all my needs, including coming up to fix a remote control issue. The breakfast was decent, even though it was the same every day. Due to my schedule, I arrived for breakfast right before it closed and they would cook fresh eggs for me and my wife.
i just spent a night there and was very pleased.for the price it cant be beat !friendly staff, the room was very clean and was updated, very nice bed, frig, microwave, coffee pot, would most definitely stay here again.if you like my review please vote for me :) thanks
I have stayed at higher level hotels that didn't even compare to this location. Nice beds, really hot water, big nice TV with a lot of channels, and the breakfast was the best I have had at any choice hotels.
Stayed three nights from 5-5-17 through 5-7-17. Clean room with a clear HD TV (at least 40") & plenty of channels with Direct TV. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc. Air conditioner compressor was a little loud when it kicked on & off, but that's the only picky item I can think of. Room was quite.Second time I've stayed there in the past nine months. Hope to be back.
My husband and I were travelling to Ft. Eustis, VA from TX. We were looking for a place just off the highway. Somewhere we didn't have to travel umpteen miles from the freeway to get to a place. This was close to freeway with a couple of food places close by. We got the requested ground floor room. Desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. One concern was that we could not get Fox news. Management said they were changing carriers "in the next few days." On way back we called and asked for same room which we were able to get. The stop on way back to TX was much better as they DID change carriers so we were able to get the news channel we liked. The free hot breakfast was pleasant and plentiful! For being close to the freeway and across from a gas station it was actually pretty quiet. If ever out that way again, will definitely stay. Oh, and they had just remodeled the place.
I booked this after our week in pigeon forge so we could stay another night and not pay double the price for the places in sevierville. We checked in and was told the beds were new which was great news Everything had been renovated room was nice breakfast was good but my biggest complaint was our shower curtains had grease on the outside from someone who stayed before and the bolt to the toilet lid was gone so they used a plastic bag to tie it on with! Seriously? These are cheap why would they be so cheap as to use a bag , cause the toilet seat slid around when you sat on it. And when you check out there is $1 for the in room safe that didn't work and that I didn't ask for Besides these few things it was a nice place to stay for the night
Hotel ran out of towels because "it was completely booked". This is not good for a family of 4. We no wash cloths and we had to use a hand towel to dry off after a shower. Obviously they had a staffing problem. Some of the outlets didn't work in the room. It seems as if they are trying to update this hotel and the price reflects that.
We made our reservation a week in advance through Choice Hotels and used our points. The day of our arrival, we called the hotel and told the staff we wouldn't be arriving until about 2 or 3 am and asked for a ground floor room (so our kids could be carried straight to bed). The lady who answered said we were already assigned to a ground floor room. When we arrived, the only room left was on the top floor. It was terribly inconvenient. Also, there weren't any wash cloths in our bathroom and not enough towels for our family of 4 to take showers. Apparently, house keeping didn't have any towels because the hotel was completely booked. At checkout, I asked for a copy of my receipt and the clerk said she couldn't do that. She didn't even bother to ask how my stay was or say "thank you". WILL NOT RETURN.
My husband found this hotel online he was searching for something that was reasonably priced We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through White Pines Tennessee
