Not a bad hotel everything but the beds were fine for the price. Both queens mattress were uncomfortable and one sloped to the left.

We love the Green Granite Inn, we stay there on almost every visit to North Conway. The location is near the outlets and only a 5 min. drive to downtown. We love the pools and playground for the kids and always enjoy the free breakfast. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! They are undergoing a remodel so it seems some of the rooms are in the process of an upgrade, but nothing that interferes with your stay. I highly recommend it!!

This hotel would have been great at $125 but supply and demand on this weekend pushed it to $200. At that price this place was a little too dated and not well maintained.

I booked a room with bunk beds for my 2 kids ( 6 and 3 years old boys) There were so excited to sleep in bunk beds. When we got to the hotel we were informed that Orbitz overbooked them and we will be put in regular 2 queen beds room. I was ok with it( my kids were very disappointed) till we got into the room and the bathroom was set up for handicap person. All the support around the toilet was rusted and really uncomfortable for my kids. Very disappointed with this part. I think Orbitz shouldn't put on their website rooms that are not available!!!

Fan broken in bathroom.... Most of the switches for lamps didn't work... Pool had tons of hair in it.

for a short stay in the mountains this hotel was clean and comfortable and centrally located. Could use updating and amenities are limited but rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, small fridge in room was convenient and breakfast was adequate

Hotel is dated, but is being upgraded currently. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony to enjoy on a hot evening. Breakfast was good. Didn't expect a fridge in the room so that was nice. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again

We stay for 1 night that enough and the hotel cost us 170 buck not even worst pay for . ac so old and noisy like a train . So humid in the room and breakfast was awe full . If not the summer season they won't be anyone stay their very rip off

Great location, surrounded by lots of places to shop. Hotel overall is completely outdated. Wall paper peeling, needs a good repainting, very old AC/heater unit. It was decent for the price but wouldn't stay again. Front desk was very nice though.

Staff was very pleasant. Hotel was good for the money.

We have stayed here 3 times in the past 3 years and love it here. It is quiet and clean. The kids love the playground and pools. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. I really don't have anything to complain about! The one tiny thing that I would have liked would be to have some fruit at the continental breakfast. Not a big deal because they did have a good selection but fresh fruit would have made it a little healthier!

Food was sufficient and good. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel is a bit old though and have some scope for improving. The roads within the hotel on the way to the car parking are very bumpy. The room facilities are bit old and can be renovated/upgraded. Their guest wifi was very good and seamless. I felt the stay was a bit no value for the money provided. But, overall a peaceful stay with no major complaints though.

Room was very clean, lots of ammenities, beds very comfortable. Balcony was an added bonus.

We have been staying at Green Granite for many many years and this stay was not as good as the others. First the bathroom was in need of updating and refreshing. The shower curtain was full of mildew and smelly, the ceiling was peeling and the wood near the shower was rotting. Spent a couple of hours at the outdoor pool and we were not happy with people bringing beer into the pool area. The kids were grabbing the beer cans and throwing them into the pool. I know this is the parents who should have taken control and not brought alcohol into the pool area and controlling their kids, but maybe they should have a staff person walking around to the different areas of the property checking on things like this.

Our room was large, the bed very comfortable, staff was efficient and very competent, and it made our stay in New Hampshire a great vacation. It exceeded our expectations.

I got this hotel room for my dad over the holidays. A Great location, extremely friendly staff, and with delicious coffee and breakfast, the Green Granite never dissapoints.

staff very accommodating as it was really crowded at check in. rained all day so grand daughter loved inside pool

Nice hotel with the exception of the noise factor. From our rooms, we heard children running around all afternoon, evening and morning in the halls. Walls must be paper thin! Lastly a huge negative is there is no elevator!

Have stayed there 4 yrs in a row and have never had an issue with any part of the stay. Always top notch.

The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. I had spoken to Kim on the phone to request an earlier check in so we could get ready for a wedding and she was able to accommodate this. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the on site amenities but the pools, playground, wait room looked great. The free breakfast was perfect - room was clean and the staff kept it that way as well as constantly refilling the stations. It was also walking distance to the outlets. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting North Conway.
