Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa

Very friendly, excelent, clean, best location but Problems with Wifi

Hotel and staff were great. We choose the Hilton for it's close proximity to the Whistler Gondola. We planned to be in line early to participate in Fresh Tracks each morning. If you plan to be in line for true fresh tracks (skiing before 8:30), I'd recommend that you ask for your skis/board not to be stored at Summit Sports. They do not open until 7 and by that time, there is no way you will be finished with breakfast before the 'bell' rings. It took us 3 days to figure out how to request that our skis be available to us in the morning and not moved mysteriously to Summit Sports overnight.

Very helpful staff. Great valet experience. Breakfast was very good and staff was most pleasant.

Nice location, bed not so comfortable, good food. Friendly staff

I stay here every time now. You can't beat the location and the staff at Summit are awesome.

It's centrally located, with clean rooms and all the amenities. Parking is expensive.

Great Whistler hotel, close to the village center but Quiet, convenient to the lifts, only 1 min from the door, and great service. Love the real wood burning fireplace.

Clean rooms, great service and super close to all the action in Whistler.

Stayed here for Wanderlust and it was great. The queen suite was all we needed. Location is unbeatable.

I was definitely expecting a different room when we checked in. My husband and I were not pleased with the location or the size of the room. We asked the Manager if we could be put on the top floor but the manager said it would be an additional cost. The room was too small so we decided to pay the upgraded cost and move to a larger room on the top floor. The location of the hotel was great. Also I enjoyed the fitness room and pool. However, I have stayed in Whistler many times before and the staff at the front desk at other hotels were much more customer service oriented. The manager at the Hilton resort had no customer service skills. I would most likely check other hotels if visiting Whistler in the future.

Was a very nice experience all the personal are very friendly the hotel excel tent located near to the gondola, good facilities Was a very good experience

It was one of the best place I have stayed at. We booked the Glacier suite and it came with all the amenities we needed! Great staff service and friendly housekeepers! Will definitely come back again!

Had a junior suite with a nice little kitchenette. Nice views from our room and patio. Staff was great, very polite and service was top notch.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a ski trip and loved the location. Loved the fact that you can check your skis at the front desk. Parking is expensive though, at $30 a night.

It was a very nice hotel and trip. We enjoyed the stay.

Location is great as you can go to BlackComb as well as Whistler side very easily. I am a skier who skies from early morning to the end of the day so any time saved getting to the gondola was great. Also close to all shopping and restaurants as it is in the Whistler village. I wasn't impressed with the room - there was no sufficient lighting, it seemed. The mattress of the bed is not excellent. Hotel staff were very on top of everything and provided great services. If I were to come back stay here, it would be for the location and hotel staff.

The Hileton's a nice, clean hotel close to the Village and ski lifts. The downtairs bar/lounge is popular with many of the Aussie kids working or playing at the resort, and offers a laid-back, fun place to hang out and play pool.

very average. Very overpriced. $25 per day to have the car in the garage. Hesitant restocking on everything. $25 per pet per day. NOt even a continental breakfast included. They offer %20 discount on next stay, but you have to book directly through Hilton. Only 45 min on the computer a day in the business center. Location is great, staff is very friendly. Most likely will not stay there again. For this price of an average hotel room, though bed was very comfy, one can rent a condo.

We took full advantage of this hotel - location was excellent. It is right in the village. Great service and friendly staff too. Highly recommend it.

The hotel was very nice with extremely comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
